Definitely Helps with Overnight Leaks!
I bought these at the recommendation of my due date Facebook group when my then 5-month-old son suddenly started peeing through his diaper overnight. I used these along with making sure his thingy is pointed down, and putting the pad lower in the diaper so it doesn't reach the top in the front. Also, put the diaper up higher in the front than the back! As long as I do these things, it works wonders! They are definitely not dry-touch absorbency, so I make sure to cover him in Vaseline so the moisture doesn't hurt his skin. So far there hasn't been any issue with skin breakdown! These pads are not adhesive, so you can adjust them however you need. While I do sometimes wish they didn't slide around when my son does his death roll (which is ALWAYS right when I get the diaper in the perfect spot and try to fasten it) I think I still prefer being able to readjust it. EDIT: My baby developed a diaper rash due to teething and starting solids, so I stopped using these inserts. We also dropped the dream feed so he hasn't been peeing as much overnight. I would definitely not use this if your baby has a diaper rash!

Great to help stop overnight leaking
I used these absorbancy pads with my older daughter starting from when she started wearing overnight diapers. Before then, we had issues where even if we changed her halfway through the night, she would have leaks through her diapers. These absorbancy pads have been a lifesaver with her, and so now we've gotten them for our youngest to try as well as he is not yet big enough for overnight diapers. We've had a few little leaks here and there, but that's mostly been due to positioning and not tightening his diaper enough. Now that we're focusing more on placement etc (it's different with a boy than a girl!) these are working wonders to get him through the night and sleeping better, since it would wake him up before when we changed his diaper. I recommend these to anyone with young children.

Must have for long nighttime sleepers!
We’ve been using these for a few months now. My son would pee out of the diaper throughout the night and it would wake him up. He usually sleeps 10-12 hours at night. Once we added the booster pads he hasn’t had an accident! They do not irritate his skin and he doesn’t mind them! Very good quality and durability.

Pretty effective, but cloth liners worked better
I initially wrote a review after trying these for a few weeks, I’m updating based on some changes regarding how well I’ve liked them. We started using them when my son was about 6 months old and had been wetting through his diapers consistently every night. Night time diapers didn’t work for him, so I found these and thought I’d give them a shot, and was very happy I did. He went from leaking through every night to not leaking out at all. Fast forward a few months and he’s back to leaking through again, even with these booster pads. He still has plenty of “dry” nights with these, but it isn’t consistently every night anymore, and several times a week we have to deal with him wetting through his pajamas and sheets. Some other reviewers have noted these don’t work as well for tummy sleepers and when he started sleeping on his tummy is probably around the time these stopped being as effective. I ended up buying some of the cloth (bamboo) inserts for reusable diapers, even though we use disposable diapers, and I wish I had just bought those initially as it would have saved some money and trouble. I clip a wet bag (not too expensive, a zippered bag meant for holding wet items, you could use a ziploc too) to his laundry hamper and just put the pads in that each morning then throw them in with the rest of his clothes when we do laundry, the wet bag just helps with the smell. If you are opposed to the reusable ones and want something you can just throw away with the diaper after each use, these are probably your best choice. I just found the cloth ones to be more effective.

Completely solved overnight leakage!
These are a lifesaver! My baby just got into size 2 diapers and has started sleeping through the night (apparently 12AM-5AM is a full night’s sleep now haha). Before when we were feeding every 2-3 hours, she’d always get a diaper change. But now if she goes 5+ hours, she’ll wake up with wet pjs and a wet bed. I found out about overnight diapers recently but they don’t start until size 3! Ugh! In my search for a solution, I heard about Sposies on some Reddit posts and decided to give them a try. No more wet bed in the morning!! And I haven’t seen any signs of diaper rash. Only wish these were cheaper!

If you have a tummy sleeper you NEED these!
I cloth diaper during the day and love it. However, I have yet to find a cloth diaper that can handle the amount of liquid my son produces in his sleep, without putting thick extra pads in that create a ridiculousamount of bulk (tried hemp pads and everything!). He sleeps twelve hours and is a heavy wetter. I gave up on cloth at night and started trying to find a good overnight disposable. I finally came across the Bambo Love diapers and had great success with them, amazing absorbency and at least they're bamboo and more sustainable than some brands! But then my son decided to become a tummy sleeper and all bets were off. I sized up and everything, but every morning he woke up wet, having squished the front while laying on it. After doing some research, I decided to try adding these, and they're perfect! No more wet pajamas/sleep sack/crib sheets! The diaper rash he was starting to get from being damp every morning went away in a few days! I've found the small size works fine even in a bigger diaper, as I only need protection in the front anyways, and they're the same width as the larger size. No issues with the non-adhesive ones so far. I will be using these for as long as we need them. I'll love with the extra waste in order to keep my child comfortable and cut down on laundry!

Better than overnight diapers
We were struggling to find something to keep our 5 month old dry overnight when she was finally doing longer stretches of sleep. We tried overnight diapers and she would still wake up wet. We used these in the overnight diapers to keep her dry longer. She hasn’t had a single wake up from being soaked through since. We haven’t had any issue with diaper rash either. I wish there was a sticky pad on the back because it does tend to slide around when she sleeps, but if you’re using a diaper with a blowout barrier, you can just tuck the pad under that and it won’t slide out.

Didn’t work for us
Didn’t work at all - not a single night without leaks. The pad gets soaked, but the nappy seems to be only half full by the morning. It’s impossible to position the pad so it works, at least for a boy it isn’t possible.
