Conclusion: The cargo manager is gone. I am getting rid of the Roll & Lock tonneau cover completely which the cargo manager works with. This combination is without question the worst accessory I have purchased for my truck.Update: After using the cargo manager for a while now, I have to say I pretty much hate it. It is always in the way for hauling objects of any size. It is too bulky to remove and leave in the bed if you happen to purchase something of any size and didn't remove it before leaving the house. Removing it continues to be a challenge as it flexes enough to not want to slide straight out of its track. Then wrestling it back in is another challenge for the same reason. This is one product I totally regret purchasing. I just had to remove it to haul some totes and I think its going to remain out of the truck from here on out. Waste of money.After using this for awhile I wouldn't buy it again. It is way overpriced for what it is. I read an Amazon review before purchasing it that said "Not very stable, would not take much to damage. Also takes up too much bed space." I also watched a few install reviews which seemed to show how well the product works. The Amazon review was more accurate. The product is pretty flimsy and it really wouldn't take much to damage it. It doesn't slide very smoothly and I find it frustrating at times trying to move it. In reality it is a good idea that really doesn't work very well. Because of the flimsy design it is challenging to reinstall it after removing it. If it slid all the way up against the bed cover housing it would give more usable bed space when needed but unfortunately it doesn't. Even using it to hold a product in place is questionable if the item is very heavy.

Have cab cover from same company, it falls apart regularly. The cargo manager fell apart this week after only several months of limited use. I had pieces it together several times on past but now it is garbage. Customer service does not want to believe me and will not support me. I don’t suggest buying this or other products from this company. Many better or there.

Parts missing, someone had drilled more holes in one I received. Did not find anywhere it says you have to drill holes into bed. I didnt like that fact so sent back.

I didn't purchase it because that is a lot of money for a piece of plastic.
