Great for scrambled eggs
My husband cooks scrambled eggs in the morning. I saw this and thought I would pick it up for him. He gave it a cautious eye and tried it a few days later. Now he just loves it. Gets the eggs off the side of the pan with ease and he has perfect eggs. He likes the more flexible tip also.

High Quality
I never knew there was a spatula design specifically for eggs - that wasn't the reason I purchased this, I just like integrated tool rests but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works for eggs especially when making an omelette. I plan to purchase another one and if you cook eggs this is a great choice.

6 months later, loving it, my go to.
Questioned if I really needed it at first, but makes flipping and getting under things like omelets a breeze. Love the stand up off the counter design too. I own a lot of Joseph Joseph products and use them constantly, sure they cost more but you pay for what you get pretty much. Outstanding brand, recommended. Months later, Absolutely love it, took me a few times to get the hang of it. Superior for omelets, I can make a larger one and use the edge to cut it and the stiff edge to flip both pieces. I'm actually thinking about another one. The thin spatula they sell is awesome if this isn't your "cup of tea" try that one, it is excellent too.

Great all in one egg spatula!
I LOVE this spatula! It curves to fit the edge of the pan and doesn't leave scrambled egg behind! You can also use it to flip eggs gently to not break the yolk! I really love the little raised edge to keep the food touching parts off the counter. Easy to clean, too!

Other uses
I bought this thinking it would be useful to flip fried eggs with…but not so much. Works good for breaking up food in a pan.
