I have been using these patches on and off for a few years now. I have an arthritic hand and torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. These patches definitely help by "taking the edge" off the pain. They are small, but mighty!

I wouldn’t say these noticeably work with sever pain, they sure work for minor to moderate discomfort of the joints , which a still a win for me! I will be keeping these patches handy for a long long time.

don't waste your money they dont do anything and they almost dont stick. ive tried on forearm on hip and stomach and no change in pain. was hoping this would alleviate my joint pain

The idea behind the deliverable is good and it's easy to use, just no pain relief for me.

This product does not eliminate arthritic pain for my husband nor myself but it does help. I not able to wear it on my hip - it leaves a rash; but when I put it on my upper arm or shoulder area, it is fine. I am using it along with CBD oil or salve on the specific site of pain.

Works well for inflammation and swelling from inflammation. Remember to remove patch after 10 or 12 hours because it could start to irritate your skin, and don't use in same place on your skin two days in a row. I have had very good results from this patch.
