These stick well and can be washed & reused again and again, become sticky once more once cleaned as per the instructions. Recommended to me by a physiotherapist. They do the job too: the inflammation in my toe joints has subsided (on one foot I have lost the fat-pad under the skin that would normally protect the joints from impacts and pressure), and I rarely notice it when walking. So worth the minor hassle of fitting one before putting on my sock on the one affected foot. I wear it rotated by 90degrees compared to the images on the package so that it protects the joints without interfering with my orthotics.

I would have to agree that after a while the adhesive is not so strong but in my case it slips easily inside my shoe and finds its position and does not move until shoes are removed from feet. The adhesive side can still be detected by finger touch.

Comfortable and effective

My partner used these but was not too impressed, they tend to slide down the sock so she was always removing the sock to move the pad back again. Would not buy these again. Provided little pain relief and provided little support when walking.

I have found these pads a great help in stopping the pain on my feet. They stick very well & dont move once stuck on balls of feet - personally I’m finding they stick well for about 3 to 4 days before needing to be replaced. They are also very comfortable on my feet, so comfortable in fact I can’t even feel them on which I think is a very good thing. When these are finished I will definitely be reordering.

They didbt suit my needs . I can see the value of them but not for me. Nothing wrong with them

Very comfortable and good quality

I have tried sooo many pads and gel gadgets that are supposed to cure metarsalagia - I have a whole wardrobe full! This is the first which was of any benefit whatsoever. However I do recommend sticking it to the insole of your shoe rather than directly to your foot like in the picture. That's because there is a graduated dome shape which is on the non sticky side so it's much more comfortable in the shoe. In addition it survives better in the shoe or insole whereas you'd have to chuck it away each day if it was stuck on your foot because the adhesive doesn't work if you take it on and off. I stuck it on my orthotic just in front of the little hollow where the ball of foot goes and when I got it in the right place it took the pressure off the metarsal heads. It really helped me.

Escribo la reseña, lógicamente, después de haberlas probado y estoy encantada Mi problema es el dolor en los metatarsos, un dolor intenso y casi de no poder andar. Tras estudiar mucho todas las ofertas de productos referidos a este problema, me decanté por estas almohadillas ya que me gustó mucho el hecho de que pudiesen ir adheridas a la plantilla del zapato sin necesidad de sujeciones por encima del pie o entre los dedos, que resulta incómodas y acaban desplazándose casi siempre. A mí personalmente, me alivia mucho el dolor que tenía en las almohadillas del pie que era muy intenso He notado un alivio inmediato y me parecen ligeras, cómodas y que se pueden llevar con otros tipos de calzado sin que se vean Eso sí, es muy importante pero muy importante saber colocarlas bien que en mi caso no es directamente debajo de las almohadillas de mi pie si no desde el huequecito que hay en medio del pie hasta el almohadilla Pero eso es cuestión de probar y cada uno colocarla donde más le alivie Primero estudiarlo y probarlas sin quitarle el celofán qué protege el adhesivo y cuando ya se sepa dónde te remedia el dolor quitar el papel transparente de protección del adhesivo y adherirlas a la plantilla del zapato

I cuscinetti sono fatti bene ed aderiscono bene. Purtroppo non ho risolto il mio problema. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di morbido ma in realtà il cuscinetto non lo è.
