This is good service recovery and much appreciated. I would encourage the seller to contact manufacturing and have them use more durable snaps. It’s too bad there isn’t a distinct rating category for service: I would rate it a 5 here. But I am compelled to keep the rating of the actual product as an 1 until the snaps can be addressed.

Perfect for the bedside table when traveling. Perfect for traveling, handy on a bedside table for jewelry or as a catch all for small items you can never seem to find a place for in your hotel room.

Exactly as advertised, nice quality, real leather and made well. Bit smaller than anticipated (the corners fold up of course reducing the size), but I believe that was indicated in the description. The snaps seem of good quality and over all happy with purchase. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, but it is real leather, finished well and nicely constructed.
