Having trouble staying asleep? This stuff works!
We've been using this stuff for years. Helps us stay asleep. Will definitely keep buying. Ask your doc before using, but if your doc says okay, I highly recommend you try it.

Don't use if you take antidepressants
I think its a good product, however I found out not to take it with my antidepressants! Should have researched first.

This is the ONLY 5HTP supplement that doesn't make me nauseous! I am a night owl by nature, and when I started taking Mounjaro for T2D and CKD, I added circadian rhythm issues to the insomnis. Made the mistake of not reading the ingredients. It contains calcium and is not non-GMO. Need to find a replacement.

I love this product!

Objective evidence of benefit
I discovered that this brand, and other quality brands, are better than other brands that I using. When I use this brand I consistently have fewer than 5 CPAP measured events per night (usually 2-3). When I use a lesser quantity brand I average 6 or more events per hour of sleep.
