I disliked how bulky the control unit is,and it not being wireless, but that was minor in comparison to how well it worked! The strength of the tens was great at blocking the severe pain of sciatica, and the heat feature got deep into the painful areas to soothe. I absolutely love it! It needs a belt or strap to make it more easily wearable. I plan to make one for it.

I bought this item and thought it wasn't working - contacted the seller and a replacement arrived the next day! Still the product was not working - It had to be me! - Contacted the seller and recvd a call the next day! FROM THE CEO! IT WAS ME - not the product. I've used it twice now and it is AMAZING! My back is worth the investment. Lots of settings and power and a cute little storage bag. It would be helpful to have a larger pad to cover the lower back area. The heat feels good on painful areas. It would be beneficial if this product would come with a wall plug and a carry case.

Worked fine for about a month. Then something changed and it started shocking me painfully even on low settings, leaving burns on my skin. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT IS UNSAFE.

I love this FlexHeat Tens unit. I fell off a swing set when I was about 4 or 5 years old. I herniated several disc in my Lumbar on the job in 1987. I was in a car accident in March 2019. I now have 14 herniated disc from the cervical, thoracic & lumbar areas. I am in continual pain plus from the accident I now have two rips in my left shoulder and one rip in my right shoulder from the seat belt. I love the way I can turn on the tens unit and have it also give me heat where I have pain. This a new company and the machine is kind of new. I know the battery needs to last longer. But if you alternate between the heat and the tens it will last longer. My tens unit will last longer when I don't use them together for longer than 30 minutes together. The company is very caring and helpful when you reach out to them about your concerns. I know them being new they are trying to work on the battery lasting longer. Please don't let others tell you that this is not an awesome machine cause I am telling you it is. I don't have to take as many pain pills since I purchased mine. I also use the TensXtends Flextone Electrode Life Extension Gel which helps extend the life of my pads. I have owned another tens unit before this one and having the heat with it really is awesome. It is like having my chiropractor in my home all the time with me. I do see a chiropractor two times a week.

I had a bad back because of work and a attack from 12 assailants. Using this product every night for about 20 minutes made me feel so much better It didn't cure my back but I feel so much better. The battery life is good I only charge it about every 3 to 4 days and maybe you might need different pads from the ones I have for my injury but it's a good product and it helps.

Was a godsend for sore muscles but unfortunately it's only built to last for a year. It suddenly stopped taking any charge. so it's a useless brick now. And then you're stuck with their very specific electrode pads only built to be used on their devices. Overly complicated UI. No way to lock screen without turning off the program, which just seems like a straight up flaw.

I am a NURSE so I should have known better. But be careful with the heat mechanism I had it on highest level one day for 2 rounds of 1 hour without moving pads to different areas and caused 2 cigarette size burns to my leg I did not feel and I have no Neuropathy. Dumb mistake. But otherwise it works great , best Tens unit I ever had. Also 1st one I ever had with the unfair heat.
