Great to stop a cold. Or shorten a cold. I always take one when I feel a cold coming on. Rarely have a cold for more than a day. Also great to take on a cruise ! Stops you from getting sick if you take early

Check expiration date!
I generally love Zicam and like to have it on hand for whenever a cold starts. I recently bought two boxes, and both had an expiration date of only two months after I bought them. In the past, it’s always been a year or more before it expires. So, I would recommend this Zicam if you buy it at a local drugstore where the shelf life is much longer.
