I have tried other seafood alternatives such as Sophies and compared to that, this is hands down the best I have ever tried! The lemon was surprisingly fresh, and the texture was great! They have even gone as far as adding omega 3s! You get all of the benefits from Tuno that you would get from actual tuna. I can't wait to try the other flavors! Please note: I am not vegan but I know that there are extreme strains on the oceans with the current fishing industry. I am all for protecting the environment for future generations! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that is looking for a healthy alternative or simply diving into plant based foods!

Not a perfect substitute for tuna, since it doesn't have any flaky texture or the iron-y taste of tuna, but it's really delicious nevertheless. I eat it straight out of the can, but it will work in any tuna salad recipe.
