I'm convinced this really works. I've cut back from 3 tablets a night to 2 and still seems to work. I take it with Magnesium Glycinate, and my sleep has been noticeably better. Waking up after the first night felt like I took a Diphenhydramine but without the grogginess.

Please get this product and combine it with magnesium glycinate if you are having any troubles sleeping at night. I recommend this combo to a relative who had life long sleeping products. And boom within a week I got a call saying they can't remember the least time they slept this well. Throw away the melatonin and the groggy feeling the comes with it, give Glycine a fair chance.

I saw that this helps with sleep especially if used in combination with Creatine. I need to continue to take longer to tell if it truly helps or not, but you do need to take three of the caps to achieve the recommend dose for sleep.

I thought I bought this because I saw a YouTube video about supplements that help you sleep better and the bottom line was one gram of taurine 3 g of lysine and maybe 250 mg of magnesium something. I have to admit I've been sleeping better. I'm just taking one gram of Taurine and 1 gram of lysine.

Hubby and I would frequently wake up and have a hard time getting back to sleep so I did some research and landed on this product. We take three about 20 before bedtime. We fall asleep faster and fall back to sleep after waking up to go to the bathroom. It works for us and the price is right!
