Perfect, wonderful Windows 7 PC
This exquisite refurbished Windows 7 PC works perfectly and is a joy to own. It arrived quickly, several days before Amazon's estimated delivery date. It operates perfectly and the seller, JSM Computers, was excellent to deal with and was most informative regarding a "competitor" who provided an identical listing on Amazon. That competitor sent a Windows 10 PC even though I ordered a Windows 7. The competitor's item was promptly returned thru Amazon. The Window 7 PC from JSM works and looks indistinguishable from a brand new PC. It operates flawlessly. It came packaged carefully and arrived safely. It is wonderful to use and I love the fact that it came with a highly desirable Google browser instead of Microsoft Edge. I love using it. The JSM refurbished Windows 7 PC is much easier and far more pleasant to use than My Windows 10 PC bought thru Amazon (from a different seller) a few months ago. My "new" JSM computer does everything I ask it to do without the endless ads cluttering up every screen on my Windows 10 pc. The JSM pc is even better than my old HP desktop as the old HP did not have the speed and memory and solid state drive of my newly refurbished JSM Computers PC. Thank you JSM for an excellent product, excellent service, great price, and absolutely nothing to complain about. I could not be more happy with this seller, JSM Computers, and my refurbished Windows 7 pc.

Wrong Operating System
Wrong operating system windows 7 is not windows 11 no product key sticker

Nice, but don't trust the pictures
I'm not a cloud person, so I very much like the work JSM is doing refurbishing older machines. I needed a Win 7 set up for three monitors and that is what the picture showed. What I received was a machine set up for two monitors. Everything else just as it should be and still functioning very well. Just don't trust their pictures. Ask specific questions to be sure you're ordering what you want.

For a reconditioned older computer, it is working excellently. very pleased as it plays the old games we enjoy so much.

Video card was missing
Don't trust the photos. I bought the computer with a dedicated graphics card in place and in description. When the item arrived, the video card was missing.

JSM provides a great renovated Win 7 computer - very clean, well set-up and configured
The renovated DELL computer comes packaged very professionally with mouse and keyboard. The Windows 7 OS software is already activated right out of the box. Note, there is no wifi, but one can add a Netgear adaptor very inexpensively. I use a LAN cable to my internet modem to get started. I use the computer primarily for recording over-the-air broadcast TV shows using Windows Media Center which is imbedded in Windows 7 - thus the need for a Windows 7 compatible computer. This fits the bill very nicely. Thank you JSM!

Incorrect Discription
I intentionally ordered this because it was advertised as a Windows 7 unit. It came with Windows 10, so I had to install Windows 7 to allow installation of my ERP client and then upgrade to Windows 10. Unit performs well.
