I have used these melts every year and had no problem from Wilton. This seller obviously sent product that had gotten over heated. Not in shipping, it is 30 degrees here and they were brought inside immediately upon delivery. I would have returned but when I realized they were in such poor shape I was under time constraints and had to use them. They take 10 times as long to melt, they "seem" to taste ok but consistency is poor. Order from Wilton's directly.

Nice color green for little Christmas trees. For once an easy Facebook recipe that really was easy! The melting instructions are clear and it stayed melted long enough but hardened in a minute in the frig. I didn’t have a pastry bag, just a baggie with a hole cut in the corner. So my trees are very irregular but cute. It has the taste of white chocolate.
