I’ve used this CLA for a long time before Amazon was Amazon. It’s very convenient I can purchase them here. These are great quality and work. As for helping to lose weight, it does help with work. That means clean eating and exercise. I’ve lost 30 lbs over the past 10 months. If you’re worried about upset stomach symptoms, ease in slowly. Take one in the morning and one at night until you build up. It took me about a week before I took the full dose. That’s just a suggestion, read the bottle label. And the pill is rather large so, if you can’t do big pills these may not be a good fit.
