Amazing value for a full-feature IP Phone
I bought this to upgrade from my Sangoma S205 IP Phone. This is a large leap forward in features and capability. I've been working from home more and prefer the normal desk phone with wireless headset. This phone is an amazing value. It is solidly built and when used with Sangoma's FreePBX software is very easy to setup. I've spent a few hours on the phone with customers since it was delivered and have not had a moment's trouble with calls on the device. I have mainly used my Plantronics headset with the Sangoma EHS30 Adapter (sold separately), but the voice quality is phenomenal on head or hand set. I would highly recommend small businesses evaluate this phone system for their VoIP needs. I would doubly recommend this system for businesses with remote workers as these Sangoma phones are a perfect solution for remote employees.

Don't purchase from TechZone Direct - sells non-working items as new
Ordered two of these and both were able to connect. One had a blank screen and the other had a bad netwrok connection. We have deployed and maintained a couple dozen of these over the years with no problems but these arrived in non-working condition and yet was charged a "damage fee" to return them.

Reliable Phone
Haven't had any issues from s500 to s505. The new s505 appears to boot up quicker and when applying firmware updates it comes up quicker than s500. Other than that pretty much the same.

Not sure why they would sell this without a power cord. Phone is worthless without one....

PHONES BROKE
PHONES BROKE WITHIN MONTHS. THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE, RECEIVED A LOT OF STATIC AND MUFFLED QUALITY ON BOTH ENDS OF THE LINE. EVENTUALLY IT GAVE OUT AND NOTHING JUST WHITE NOISE AND CUSTOMERS OR REPS COULD NOT HEAR ANYTHING. HAD TO BUY DIFFERENT PHONES AND THE NEW DIFFERENT PHONES WORKED PERFECTLY AND HAD BETTER QUALITY THAN THIS BRAND. WON'T RECOMMEND OR EVER USE THIS AGAIN. CANT EVEN GET A REFUND BACK. VERY INCONVENIENT
