Everything you need for a complete tuneup. Excellent price and everything seems to be good quality. I didn’t need the coil but might come in handy later on. My chainsaw started easily after installing everything- no adjustments required for idle or top RPM.

The plug, fuel lines, fuel filter, air filter and carb gasket worked well. The ignition coil would not fit. It hits the case when fully pushed back and the flywheel makes heavy contact. You can use the rubber gasket for the lower carb screws due to the carb is built differently. All said and done after I set the old coil gap to .008 and installed all the new parts, the saw fired up and ran like new on the second pull. 4 stars due to the coil not fitting.

Working great cheaper than replacing chainsaw

Went to do the rebuild . This carb kit and coil rebuild kit was very close but the ONLY thing that fit was the spark plug !! The carb jet placement close but dust boot didnt fit, The coil looked to be identical but was 2,5 mm to thick couldnt use! The only good thing i received good was package and spark. NOT a drect Fit!!

Bought this to replace the worn out factory carb on my near 30 year old 025. Did a tune up while at it. The carb was great. The high screw needed tweaking to get to the factory WOT RPM, the low screw needed a little more too, it stalled returning to idle. After some adjustments not bad at all. Put the new plug in, after gapping it. It was close to .020 out of the box. Not bad. Didn’t use the coil or lines or wires yet. I did use the intake manifold and filter, which I had an issue with. The intake or filter is too tall by a mm or two. I can’t put the cover back on the saw. When I put back on the Stihl filter, the cover goes on like it should. This filter, it goes on with some force but you can tell it’s not lining up right. Otherwise it’s a decent kit.

Too little alterations to make it work on a MS 170 then you can adjust your high low RPMs give a little more power out of 170 and if you have a 250 you have spare parts left over for it took about eight poles to get it primed up did two adjustments after it was warmed up and runs really good now highly recommend

I was skeptical at first , mainly because of the price, but with absolutely no issues with installation, the saw runs as new. Would definitely. recommend

Filtre trop gros

My Stihl MS230 saw had compression and spark but it sputtered and would not idle even after I cleaned the carb. I tried this replacement carb kit as I also needed the filter. The coil would be a bonus. The good: fitment of the filter was right. Also I got the chainsaw to fire right up and idle with the new carb. The bad: the delivered coil cannot fit in the MS 230. More importantly, the carb high jet can't be adjusted so that the high jet provides proper fuel. The saw quickly bogs and is starved for fuel. Yes, I replaced the impulse line and fuel line.
