Great set, everything has purpose. A lot of times with sets there are one or two items that aren’t used very often. This could be the case with some of the spoons, you should be able to put everything to good use though.

Nice set of tools, but not sure that it's worth the price. I could be wrong, perhaps they are better quality than I think and will last a while, but my initial feeling is that they are good enough, but perhaps a better kit could be built on your own by purchasing items individually and maybe overall less expensive. Still, they get the job done and I think nice choices for which tools are included in this kit.

I am a Chef in NYC, in my Culinary school we used Mercer Knives which are amazing. I started working at a 4 star restaurant and decided to start perfecting my plating skills and wanted to buy my own kit, so I decided to stick with Mercer as I know that their products are pure quality. When this came in the mail it was as if I was a child at christmas, I opened it and started playing with it all day, and this indeed has helped me more than what I thought. The spoons are amazing and tweezers are on point for those micro Green plating. My only problem which isn't major, is I noticed a difference in quality, nothing to major but when you're a chef, you can tell whats what. My kit from culinary school was made in Germany and these are made in Taiwan. Regardless, Still a great and wonderful product and I will always stick with Mercer.

As a sous chef having great working utensils is necessary and this makes the job!

Good for plating food precisely. I could have done without the cover bag, but it's nice if you want to present the tools well too.

molto comodo per il lavoro che faccio , astuccio piccolo da poter riporre in qualsiasi cassetto e strumentazione eccellente , che dire bellissimi prodotti comodi esaustivi per chi ricopre un ruolo di lavoro in cucina, ma unica pecca per il prezzo del prodotto io avrei optato per un cucchiaio diverso invece che uno semplice da cucina. per il resto ottimo veramente!
