What’s the maximum weight lift capacity?

Don't know the answer but I use it to lift one end of a 90" upholstered couch.

This Mini Lab Scissor Jack is usually used as a support base for height adjustment, for router, laser cutter, laser level, physical, chemical, biological experiments and other daily use.

Has anyone used this for a drill press table lift?

I don't think you could use this to lift your drill press table! I have three different floor-standing drill presses in my shop, and this jack is too small and light duty to raise any of the tables. IF, and only IF, you have a light-duty, mostly aluminum and plastic benchtop drill press, it might work to precisely raise/lower the table.
