Excellent publications. I'm reading the first one, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One." It's a pleasant read, in a convenient format. I know Dr. Joe Dispenza from his videos on his website and YouTube, Gaia. This is a wonderful supplement to meditation. It demystifies, in a human way, what meditation is and how to do it properly. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

However, these books cause one to challenge their beliefs, and need to be read when one is ready to make changes to their life.
