What is the difference between mccormick culinary ground cumin and mccormick ground cumin

According to McCormick, the Culinary products are a premium line of herbs and spices. I have used McCormicks Gourmet line, Organic and Culinary line. All are great products. The only difference that I can tell in the Culinary Cumin is that it seems to absorb and de-solve in the food a little quicker. The taste to me is the same in all.

Mccormick ground cumin culinary 14 oz bottle. i can't find an expiration date. i just received 2 bottles today. 9-7-2020 all i can find is 5008h0559?

We do not ship outdated product to Amazon. Our Food Service products have a manufactures date code. This is the date the product was made, it is in a little black box on the back of the packaging. 5008h made in January 2020 in the Hunt Valley plant, time stamp 0559. This product has a two year shelf life and would be good through January 2022. ~ Erica

What is the difference between "Mccormick Culinary" spices in the blue/grey bottle and the regular red bottles of the same size?

I have noticed a difference. The CULINARY POWDER seems more refined and powdery. I have used both Culinary garlic and onion and just can’t seem to get the same flavor profile I do with the red McMormick powders.
