what does this means and how its done (if you reculture each sachet 4 times per month)?

HI this means if you keep back a few tablespoons of the yogurt you just made from the cuture you can use this to culture the next batch instead of opening a new pack of cultures. you can do this up to 4 times before the yogurt gets thin through lack of cultures to thicken it , so keep back a few spoonfulls everytime you make a batch store in an airtight jar in the fridge and when you make a new batch you use this , I would let it warm before you add it just to room temp or it may lower the temp of your next batch. some get more than 4 batches before you have to change it for new culture but you can easily tell as it does not thicken properly.

Does this culture make a mild and creamy yogurt - looking for one that's not too tart and can be used as he starter for the next batch

For me it was quite the opposite- I've used different types of milk before giving up altogether, and each time got runny and very sour product.

can you use long life milk

I've used the regular plastic milk cartons from the supermarkets, and it has been fine. Just make sure it's whole milk. Hope this helps.
