⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Organic Decaf Coffee — Smooth, Pure, and Delicious! I’ve tried my fair share of decaf coffees, and I can confidently say that Allegro Organic Decaf Coffee is in a league of its own. What immediately drew me in was the fact that it’s made using the Swiss Water Process, which is a chemical-free method of decaffeination. Knowing that no harsh chemicals were used to strip the caffeine made me feel so much better about my choice. From the moment I opened the bag, I was hit with a rich, fresh coffee aroma — something you don’t always get with decaf. Once brewed, the flavor was smooth, full-bodied, and incredibly satisfying. I picked up on subtle chocolate and nutty notes, and honestly, if you didn’t tell me it was decaf, I never would have guessed! One thing I did notice is that you may need to use a little extra coffee per cup if you like a stronger, bolder flavor. The standard coffee-to-water ratio produced a slightly lighter brew than I expected, but increasing the amount of grounds a bit brought out an even richer, more robust flavor. Totally worth it! Another huge plus for me is that it’s certified organic. The BEST Decaf I have ever had! I've been on decaf for years and just found Allegro Medium Roast Decaf (by Swiss water process:)). I use it to make cold brew in the fridge and it is the smoothest, tastiest decaf coffee I have ever had... Most decaf coffees have a weird sour smell/taste to them but this one is just the opposite. It is slightly sweet and has a true coffee flavor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've gone through almost the whole bag and I've had no acid reflux from this coffee like I have from other decaf coffees. Granted it is a little bitter but, it's a nice decaf coffee. I now add in a little pure honey and it tastes great. about 1/8 tsp or less of honey compared to 1 tsp of sugar. I knock off 1 star as the price has gone up since the first time I bought this. Although it seems that all coffee is getting expensive. A shame, as coffee is the only hot beverage that helps with the phlegm.

I recently purchased an espresso machine and have been sampling different whole-bean decaf coffees. I figured I'd start with inexpensive and work my way up to the more expensive. After trying 4 or 5 different brands, it turns out that I prefer this one: the taste is smoother and the coffee has more "body". I'll be repeat buying this.

Good flavor, but the beans are a little oily for my liking. They have led to some static issues during grinding. Produces a nice decaf espresso shot though!

Perfect shot every time! Good flavor, solid roast level for espresso! Nice to make an Americano in the evening without being wide awake all night. It’s a subscribe and save item and every bag has been fresh and the same quality! Good value to keep showing up every couple of weeks!

I feel bad for whoever thinks this is good, because they don't know what good coffee is like. The first thing I noticed is how old the beans were when opening the bag. After dialing in the shot, I was hit with a strong smell of fire works. Everyone i asked said that the shot smells exactly like how fireworks smell. Even worse, the shot tast like how fireworks smell. What a disappointment.it definitely is not decaf either. I drank one after having my usual post work normal espresso and i got a horrible headache along side jitters. I will just be looking for a specialty decaf bean from now on. Stay away from this 4th of July disappointment. I can't belive I put this sad excuse for coffee in my grinder, now my grinder smells exactly like a cigarette that has been put out but a homeless person is saving for later. Im really not sure if it was a super old bag that had been sitting in a warehouse for month's after being roasted, or if its just this one selection from this roaster that is totally butt and the rest are good. Either way, no one ahould have to drink this and I will not buy from this roaster again.
