if you take a giant sniff up close, you can barely smell a little cocoa, but unless you are extremely sensitive, or trying very hard, this product does not have a scent. which is impressive. I don't like the smell of chocolate, so grateful to have found a cocoa butter that is pleasantly without scent. it's also very moisturizing - especially when melted and applied directly. I'm curious if it really is food grade, I think it would be amazing to make flavored white chocolate that doesn't smell so strongly of chocolate

I think that some people leave reviews, just to be negative. I was a little worried that the scent would be too strong. I work with various types of cocoa butter every day, and this is closer to deodorized. The smell is very mild! For anyone who can't cover the smell, I have no idea why. I have shea butter that has a stronger scent! This cocoa butter is excellent quality! Don't bother with the negative reviews, they are completely incorrect!

I just love it for my diy products!! I like it comes in pieces so you don’t have to cut it, just weight it and that’s it. Also it doesn’t have a strong scent that it’s impossible to hide with my essential oils.

I purchased for my bath bombs and bubble scoops and this works great! I needed cocoa butter that is deodorized and this works perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I used this product in a lotion bar recipe. It was a lot drier than expected with no scent what so ever which worked out perfect for me because I use essential oils for fragrance. It was great for this application because it was being melted down and added to Shea butter and other moisturizing oils but if you wanted to used it straight from the package as a moisturizer on its own it was extremely dry.

Not like other deodorized cocoa butters that still have a strong scent, this one is great. It barely smells, perfect for lotions or body butters. Will definitely buy again

I have been purchasing Cocoa Butter for 2 decades for manufacturing bath & body products...I was in a pinch and needed some deodorized Cocoa Butter ASAP. This is wonderful quality & low order...just what I needed. If I ever find myself in a pinch again for some Cocoa Butter I will definitely order this product again.
