I should have known better than to have not bought a Arcadia to start with. Alittle more money but exellent value and no issue.plus I like the longer cable to it .

Fantastic bracket
Very strong and very good quality bracket.

Ok but comes without screws
It works fine and is good quality as arcadia tends to be but I was surprised it came without screws. Now having to rush around town to find 5mm screws as the ones I have lying around are too long and would come out the top of the vivarium.

Power cable not silacan insulated power cable
Just received item and first looks looks great yes no screews to fix but let's face it most times you get screews with products there to long or too short so no great lose there . As for the cable this is a questionable due to it not being silacan cable but of a cable that the insulation can break down due to heat so keep that in mind if running hot viv . As for strip down and ie getting the ceramic out of the holder thats a bit of hasel and the cable fix grub screew needs losing to achieve this . There are better units out there but all have different brackets but are fitted with silacan cable . So im expecting this unit will have a shorter usage time before iv got to repair and change out cable . But will be reordering a pro rep holder it has a better cable ie silacan insulated wire and ill use the bracket from the arcadia unit .

i had this product before and it got 3-4 years out of it before it wasn't getting as hot as it should be, tried switching the bulbs, plugs etc but it was the holder because when I switched to the new one its getting back up to the temps it should be

Does the job
Bought for our leopard gecko's vivarium and currently using with a DHP bulb. No issues with the holder.

Great product i would use for my osb terrarium. Unfortunate this came with a UK plug to belgium 😅. I think the add may have mentioned the plug was UK design.

I bought this oer Amazon.de (Germany, also living in Germany) But it came with UK plugs which is okay since its an UK manufactuerer i guess, so i had to get another heat resistant cable and connect that one. For the T5 UVB kit though, it came with the right Plugs so i was a bit confused... So far i have been satisfied with Arcadia Products, but would write an update if my opinion would change.
