I've been wanting a new set of dishes and originally considered Corelle again. I saw these Amazon Basics, service for 6, and thought I'd try them. They were delivered today and packaged really well, no chips or breakage. They seem to be well made, sturdy and are beautiful in person. I'm so happy with them. They are elegant and affordable!

Just arrived, these dishes are very nice looking and shiny look much more expensive then they are. They are slightly lighter than stoneware but not nearly as light as corelle. Seems very durable if taken care of and not dropped on hard surfaces. I see no blemishes or imperfections to the naked eye. Overall value is excellent, the price is really a great deal for this quality of porcelain. Don't hesitate to purchase Amazon basics dishes, you won't be disappointed one bit. I gave them a 4 as I just got them will revisit after we use them for a while and see how they hold up.

I got these for my daughter when she was moving into her first apartment. The pattern (a floral) is beautiful! This set of dishes and bowls is of very good quality. They aren't thin, but they aren't so heavy that you dread unloading the dishwasher. I feel good, having provided her with such a nice set of dishes.

I needed a set of dishes for large family gatherings to supplement my everyday dishes. These are chip resistant and stack well for storing away. These pattern is pretty, I received many compliments.

First thing first, they're affordable! They're perfect for a family of 4, 5, or even 6. They replaced some dishes that weren't solid/ sturdy, uneven bottoms. Plate rocked while cutting. The only downside of these plates are, theyre huge. So if you're trying to diet, just use the smaller plates. I would definitely buy again!!!
