From Flow , a beautiful, mindful guide to having less stuff. Less stress. Less distraction. Less everything . In less comes the freedom of letting go. This thoughtful and surprising book shows us how to get there, by paring down not just the jumble of things around us, but the clutter in our heads, too. And to help, interact with special paper goodies, including a one-thought-a-day diary, a foldout tiny house to let you imagine the pleasures of living in a small and cozy space, and art posters that depict a beautiful picture of what it means to do less, not more. Paper goodies from The Big Book of Less include: 2 journals A dot journal poster 4 art posters 1 foldout tiny house with 20 accessories And even more hidden treasures Decluttering your life and mind makes room for moreโmore listening, more focus, more wisdom, more time. More life. Review: I read it then dissected it for more - I read it cover to cover first. I didn't agree with everything, but it was worth reading. It's in a book binding but is more like a magazine. Paper lovers like me are happy enough. I'd probably buy every book they put out like this if they do more, so long as I can get a good used copy for less. Then I pulled the whole book apart. The hardcover may be used to make an altered book or journal later, so I saved it. The paper is the perfect weight and quality to use for paper art and collage or for giving away. One or two articles/essays went to friends I thought would like to read them. Pics were kept to use in my art or decoupaged pieces of decor. I looked through remaining pages for words or sentences that I cut out to use in my mailings (like a serial killer cuts and pastes words ๐) Remaining bits of color, patterns, or hunks of writing were set aside in my binders to maybe use some day. Review: aesthetically Pleasing and full of warm knowledge for the soul - This book is not only aesthetically pleasing but, full of warm knowledge and ideas for the soul. I read the entire book in one night after work. The topics kept me intrigued and the visuals had me hooked for sure. This is a book for someone seeking a more simple and organized life with more meaningful purpose who likes to writes down notes, likes making checklists, and lives for organized structure. Once you are done reading it, it wonโt just sit on a shelf. You can go back and do the activities inside, reference recipes, frame the cool artwork, and more!

A MUST read for minimalists and everyone looking to live a happier life
This is an amazing book that I was unable to put down. This is the type of book I personally call a life changer. Great advice in every single page. I liked it so much I published the first YouTube review of the book so I could share it with the world. Because of this book, now I want to read every single book and Maxine ever published by these amazing women. The one bad review here on Amazon is completely unfair as it has nothing to do with the book contents but the shipping. Well done guys, looking forward to reading everything you have ever published! Please never stop!

Lovely book, charming advice
Love this book. Just opening it makes me happy. The illustrations and substance (less can be more without being judge-y)๐ are comforting to read. I like the included journal in the book, the foldout teeny house, and oodles of charming doodles. I refer to this often. If you like a whole bunch of interesting and lovely elements in a book, you will adore this.

A Refreshing Guide to Simplifying Life and Embracing Joy
The Big Book of Less: Finding Joy in Living Lighter by Flow is a beautifully crafted book that offers a gentle yet powerful reminder of the beauty of simplicity. As a long-time fan of Flow, I was excited to dive into this book, and it did not disappoint. Content and Theme The book is centred around the idea of living lighterโboth physically and mentally. It encourages readers to declutter not just their physical spaces but also their minds and lives. The content is a thoughtful mix of essays, illustrations, and exercises that guide you through the process of simplifying various aspects of life. What I love most is how it addresses the concept of "less" in a holistic way, emphasising that less isnโt just about minimalism or having fewer things but about creating space for what truly matters. Design and Aesthetics True to Flowโs signature style, the book is visually stunning. The pages are filled with beautiful illustrations, soothing colours, and an overall design that makes the reading experience calming and enjoyable. Each page feels like a work of art, inviting you to slow down and savor the content. The tactile quality of the paper adds to the overall experience, making it a joy to flip through the pages. Practical Exercises and Reflections The book isnโt just about theory; it also offers practical exercises and reflections that help you apply the concepts to your own life. These exercises are simple yet effective, prompting you to take small, manageable steps toward living lighter. Whether itโs a journaling prompt or a creative activity, each exercise is designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your surroundings. Inspiring and Thought-Provoking One of the most impactful aspects of The Big Book of Less is its ability to inspire without overwhelming. The tone is gentle and encouraging, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of where they are on their journey toward simplicity. Itโs thought-provoking in the best way, prompting you to reconsider your relationship with your possessions, time, and thoughts. Final Verdict The Big Book of Less is more than just a book; itโs a tool for transformation. It offers a refreshing approach to simplifying life, infused with Flowโs unique blend of creativity, mindfulness, and beauty. Whether youโre looking to declutter your home, reduce mental noise, or simply find more joy in the everyday, this book is a wonderful companion. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to embrace a lighter, more intentional way of living. Itโs a book youโll return to again and again for inspiration and guidance on your journey to finding joy in less.

Perspective changing!!!
Fantastic book with great advice, stories, and personal experiences that relate to minimalism in any/all aspects, including technology, thoughts, memory, etc. There is a section that applies to materialistic items, but it is only a small portion of so much more. I loved this book so much I raved about it at work, they all were so interested that I bought four more to give to them, and an extra to myself to lend to others. An amazing book that provides opportunity for reflection and insight, and worth sharing with others!
