Really shouldn't have waited!!
I've had this for a little under 24 hrs. Normally I don't review anything in the first month or so because of wear tests etc. But this product has already changed my life!! I'm a 24 yr old student with genetically 'short muscles' and the best study neck, anterior pelvic tilt and inflexibility you have seen. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and massage therapists LOVE me. I've had severe back issues for the better part of 10 years and recently I had a rib go out of alignment from tight muscles due to stress and study. After much more stretching and some osteopathic treatment, I decided that my fear of the "hurt so good" reviews and horror stories from my friends, I'd give a cheap foam roller a try. After a few pinterest deep-dives and youtube tutorials, I started easy but on my problem areas. I did my thoracic/upper back and started on a bed to give my a bit more 'give' until I knew I could handle the pain. I love the smoother texture, especially as a beginner, but I carefully rolled over my upper back and the release was almost immediate. Next I did my thighs (have to admit, touch more painful) and my calves, each individually due to the length. Lets give this a quick breakdown: PROs - simple and cheap for beginners - not textured but does the job (not going from 0 - 100) - foam does have a bit more give than the PVC hollow ones - small enough to isolate particular muscles/limbs so you can support yourself with the rest of your body. - releases muscle tension while providing support CONs - the length, in my view is a pro and con. I can do my entire shoulder area in one swoop, but instead I can focus on niche areas. Overall, I LOVE this roller. I've been studying/procrastinating all day and got up to my hip-flexors having a mild freak out (super tense). 2 minutes on the roller releasing my iliopsoas and thoracic muscles and I'm good to go! PSA - If you're considering a foam roller, I would definitely make sure you can hold your own body weight in a plank for 10-15 sec, even just on your knees. When doing leg work, you really do need your arm supporting your upper body. I have a high pain threshold, and I would put this as probably a 3-5/10. You can definitely feel it but you can adjust how much weight you're putting on there and therefore can reduce it if its too much. Hope this helps!

Does the job
It's what you expect from an Amazon Basics product; it does the job with little cost. It has been good for stretching out my tight thigh muscles, and it just sits in the corner of my room, making it very easy to use.

Simple and does the job.
Bought after knee surgery from an accident at work. The physio in the hospital advised me to buy one and to look on Amazon for their own brand. Hence I have bought a vast amount of Amazon stuff, clothing etc. So I knew this would be good value and it is. Being 6ft 4" and 20st I needed something large and this fitted the need.

Styrofoam not foam
Slightly misleading as this is Styrofoam, not foam as expected. Would hope this makes little difference to use, but we shall see.

Well made and firm.
Lightweight, firn roller. Dimensions exactly as stated in description. Easy to use but don’t overdo on first attempt as it can cause stiffness instead of flexibility of fascia.

This is good at doing one leg work
worth it. Foam roller that you can take to the gym, throw in your trunk and fit in your bag. Does overlap with a full size one in terms of usage, but each also have unique advantages. This is good at doing one leg work, trying to get smalls areas like one side of you back shoulder area or just the inside of your leg or just one butt cheek.

Great no frills roller
Picked this up for post-workout recovery and stretching, does exactly what it needs to. It's firm without being brutal, good pressure for rolling out sore legs, back, whatever's tight that day. The 24 inch length is nice since it works for bigger areas like your back without feeling too short. Holds up well, hasn't lost its shape or gotten mushy even with regular use. No weird foam smell either which I appreciated out of the box. Nothing fancy about it, it's just a solid, no-frills foam roller that gets the job done. Great if you don't want to overspend on something with fancy vibration features and just need something reliable for basic recovery. Would recommend.

Rolls well, quality material.
Wasn't sure what to expect with this foam roller. Turned out to be very high quality and functions great. I use it to help me with my stretching, i roll in and out of them, this roller works great. Cons: It is a little big (diameter wise) but that is just a matter of taste in my opinion.
