Directions indicate to chew a tablet before meals. if i forget, should i chew a tablet after a meal; will it still help? or just skip it?

Because it is taking care of your digestive system, it is better to have it as directed before a meal. After a meal, I think it will not be as effective. I would skip if I forget and do it before second meal. Good idea to put them in a place before the meal where you will remember them. That is what I do. If you eat at a table or next to the computer, put them there and write a stickie within your vision to remind yourself. Do whatever it takes to remember until you get into the habit of it.
