Brain Power

I have used Kelly Howell's brain tapes for more than 25 years. They really help to focus my mind and enable me to write and think clearly. Not everyone has the same results - but I depend up on them when I have written work to accomplish. Whatever they do - they really work for me.

This CD relaxes my mind an allow me to have a peaceful sleep

This is actually a repeat buy. I have used brain sync products for years and love them. I have used this with deep learning as a study aid, and found them helpful in creating the state of mind needed to learn and retain information.

I bought this CD with Deep Learning by the same author and it has been very beneficial. I haven't listened to this CD as much as Deep Learning and do not quite know the difference between the two. I am not an expert of this phenomena, so, the background music between the Brain Power and Deep Learning sounds quite similar. For $13 and some change, if my capacity to learn improve by 1%, then, it is worth my investment. I gave a 4 out of 5 because of my lack of knowledge in the music.

I love these brain wave therapy CDS because they calm my sometimes jumbled brain and help me focus. The particular brain wave pattern on this tape works for me.

I had the cassette back in the '90s, and I have missed it for years. I finally decided to replace this highly personal item and the new version seems shorter and has new tracks on it. I guess I can learn to live with it.

I use this CD a lot. Sometimes at night, sometimes I put it on in my computer when I am working. I don't really know if it helps brain power, but the "white noise" while I'm working seems to let me concentrate on my tasks a little better. This CD is subliminal messaging, no guided imagery.

There are two versions of this cd called Brain Power by Kelly Howell but you wouldn't know which version you are buying because they both have the same ISB numbers and claim to be spoken free: One version has two identical tracks, and it is free from spoken words. The music is pleasant enough and relaxing. The other version has two different tracks and claims it is free from spoken words but it is not: the first track is music with an introduction to the programme (which is unnecessary and annoying to listen to each time since the information is on the cover anyway). The second track is supposedly to have ambient sound but the quality of the sound is a bit annoying & not easy to listen to. Disappointingly the producer is not helpful to tell you which version you are buying. My emails to the producer for clarification were never answered to (a friend even send a letter to Kelly Howell, but didn't receive any response. (and Amazon sellers wouldn't know specially if they are selling it new & wrapped). One star, because you can't be sure what version the reviews are about and what version you are ordering.
