Great product! Absolutely makes you sweat and fit's great! I am 5'9 and weigh 160lbs, got the S/M, and truthfully I forget it's even there once it's on. I was wearing the neoprene suits before and as long as this shirt holds up structurally, I will never switch back. I wear it under a t-shirt or rash guard and it doesn't add any weight or inhibit any movement at all in my workouts. I literally have to wring it out when I take it off...speaking of which I would recommend having patience when removing it. I can see how trying to, for lack of a better term, muscle it off can damage it. Take a few extra seconds or so and I believe it will extend the life of this shirt tremendously. Plan on buying another as soon as I am able.

I never leave reviews but this thing really works!!!! Im 6ft 200 lbs and the 3x fits perfectly! Very impressive! Will be getting more things from this company. I've already told many friends! Omg. This is the real deal. This is a real sauna vest. Better than the original sauna suit but this right here is so real. I workout in my garage. I try this sauna vest on and I put a shirt over the sauna vest. I did a 20 to 25 mins body weight workout. I finish my workout. I did a sweat check and it was dripping. I recommend y’all to purchase this sauna vest and wear it while you workout. I understand we don’t have time to workout Or go to a gym and we are busy. I can relate to that and I find a way To workout. All you need is a 20 min full body workout. Either if you have weights or no weights. It don’t matter. Working out for 20 mins is the best workout. Please get you one and start your new year resolution. Before you purchase it, do a measurement check to know what size. Wear this sauna vest in your own home (if you can’t make it to the gym) and do a quick 20 min full body workout. Do a sweat check. I promise you this is worth it. No more excuses. Wear this for 20 mins while you workout. Be on a clean healthy meals. It’s unisex. Men and women can wear it.

Ok...so I am in the process of beginning my workout journey. A few weeks in and this sweat shaper kept popping up over and over. I must have went through countless reviews. Some good, some bad. I used it for the first time this morning and I must say I am somewhat impressed. One beef that some people had that the product was too short. I stand 6'4" and weight 245 lbs. The shaper fell right below my hips and I had no issues. The only part that was slightly difficult was pulling it over my head to take it off. I definitely did sweat my ass off, but I felt good. Would totally recommend this product. I am ordering 2 more!!

This thing is amazing if you want to sweat. It's a game-changer for my workouts—I feel like I sweat more in this than any other top I own. The material is designed to make you sweat buckets, which is exactly what I was looking for. It fits great and holds up well in the wash, but be prepared to be drenched by the end of your session. Definitely recommend if your goal is to sweat it all out.

Well, the product kept its word. You will sweat without even knowing it. It builds up heat without you even knowing it. And I am surprised how effective it is. Five Star but problem is that if you're aware of your actual size. I recommend that you increase one size more. *update: This vest is still the best for the price. I highly recommend that this is more accurate in the material and I've observed that some other brands wants you to wear a tshirt under it and it doesn't have that heat building rubber like this one. And complaints from other brands that its too thin and not building material. I'm glad I investigated And found this one. wear this under your tshirt, workout and you'll see all the sweat drenching and might sweat on your pants Haha. Slight pricey than the others but I tell you everyone get this. you won't regret it. Just work out with this best on under shirt.

This item does do what it’s suppose to do however it is thin and it did tear after one wear for my husband. The quality could definitely be better. Sizing is true to size and still gov
