I bought these for when I'm out trekking in the mountains with friends or family but so far I've only been playing around with them with family (weather isn't warm enough to go trekking just yet!) I'm very impressed with how simple they are to operate, they have a huge variety of subchannels to pick from, so overlap and interference isn't an issue. The whole unit feels robust and well made. From testing them, I can transmit and hear very clearly, the default setting is to have a tone play to notify the other user of an incoming transmission but because these are very customisable, I've disabled that out of personal preference. It can take standard or rechargeable AA batteries, I haven't tested the units with rechargeable batteries yet, but the standard AA's have easily lasted a whole day of frequent use. Can't wait to try them out properly on the mountains next!

I bought these walkie talkies for my husband to use in Madagascar and Kenya. He runs a birding tour company and needed something to alert others in the next vehicle if they saw an interesting bird or animal. These worked very well as they could clearly hear what was being said over the device and it never failed them once. They were also lightweight, compact and easy to pack in a suitcase. He'll definitely be keeping them for future trips and glad he made the investment!

Sturdy and easy to use. These were a gift for child with the intention of using on walks out, but the stated range is wildly exaggerated. It claims up to 10 miles in the open and 2 in wooded or urban areas. All we get is about 200m. Wouldn’t have bought them had I known, but suitable as a toy I guess.

Found them out of the box to be a bit plastic and toy feeling, but proof was in using them, easy to set up and communication between the sets are clear and loud, not sure if they would take many knocks and presume they are not waterproof? doesn't say anywhere ,instructions are a bit hit and miss { but that maybe me } torch is a nice touch but not very effective , on the whole I think that they are excellent for the money to do a simple communication job with { we use them on narrowboat for lock work etc } maybe later I will buy something a bit more substantial , but who knows? they might surprise me.

These were bought so I can give one to my 8yr old when she goes out playing. I don't want her carrying a mobile around and while she has my old one, to be used in the house. We live in quite a dense populated area but having said that, where my daughter is allowed to go, including in her friend's houses they work perfectly. They are definitely fit for my purpose. I haven't had any need to try them in an open area to see how far they will go, but I am in no doubt that they will meet the 10km (6 mile) rated claim. A lot lighter than I thought they would be and do have a little plastic feeling, but that's neither here nor there. It's the performance that matters - and they perform perfectly. I highly recommend them, it's nice peace of mind that I can get hold of my daughter and she with us when needed.

After two days of uses the sound quality when from quiet but clear to, “ what did you say? Huh? What” absolutely terrible. Also one dropped and the screen broke, was only a couple feet off the ground.. so they’re for sure not the strongest. However the range for a built up village was awesome! Overall I’ll be asking for a refund or have to buy something better.

Antes de desarrollar mi reseña puedo afirmar con rotundidad que estamos ante un producto muy sorprendente por la increíble relación calidad-precio-funcionalidad que ofrece. Una vez comentado lo que me parece más importante, debo decir que me acerqué a este producto buscando un precio económico para un regalo para mis hijos pequeños (8 y 6 años). A estas edades los caprichitos cumpleañeros duran lo mismo que una vacuna en la puerta de un político y no suelo buscar productos de alta gama porque no son aprovechados suficientemente. Bien, pues las opiniones de estos walkie-talkies eran fantásticas y ahí que me lancé, esperando algo un poco mejor que los anteriores cutres de bebés que tenían (de la Patrulla Canina). El diseño fue la primera sorpresa al sacarlos de su caja y es que son muy guapos y se ven muy profesionales. La segunda sorpresa fue conectarlos y escuchar unas cuantas personas hablando de sus temas en diferentes canales. Rápidamente los conecté el uno con el otro en un canal de los 121 que tiene y empezamos a probarlos. ¡Otra sorpresa! Buena calidad de sonido y efectivos a larga distancia. De hecho, las instrucciones hablan de hasta 2 millas en ciudad, 5 en bosque y 10 en el mar... ¡Y me lo creo! Viene con sus pilas recargables por USB y con su cablecito correspondiente. También tiene una luz que hace las veces de pequeña linterna y todo ello al alcance del palmo de una mano con un peso muy gestionable por los peques de la casa. Por tanto, en resumen, calidad de producto, funcionalidad máxima, buen diseño y precio incomprensible. Entiendo que con el avance actual de la telefonía móvil y sus tarifas de llamadas ilimitadas estos cachivaches tienen poco sentido y por eso su precio será tan irrisorio, pero... Para regalar a niños de edad media es espectacular. ¡Les encanta! Y entiendo que donde no haya buena cobertura móvil es una solución fantástica. Sea como sea, si eres adulto y lo necesitas para navegar, ir por la montaña o creerte Harry el sucio hablando con la central de policía, o si quieres sorprender a niños de primaria... ¡Ni te lo pienses! ¿Se nota mucho que me ha enamorado?

Le ricetrasmittenti sono arrivate perfettamente impacchettate; nella confezione oltre ai walkie talkie c'è il cavetto doppio usb per ricaricarle simultaneamente usando un solo caricatore e due confezioni da 3 di pile AA (totale 6 batterie AA) ricaricabili di 1000 mAh (una bella sorpresa in quanto non me l'aspettavo dato ciò che è dichiarato nell'inserzione, una cortesia ben accetta). Parlando delle caratteristiche, sono assolutamente facili da settare, esattamente come è spiegato nel video della pagina di acquisto. Nel foglietto illustrativo è descritta una funzionalità che non è menzionata e che dona alla ricetrasmittente un tocco di professionalità niente male: la modalità "Monitor Momentaneo". Tale funzione (che si attiva tenendo premuto il tasto Mon, con la nota musicale, quello di chiamata, per più secondi) permette di poter ricevere conversazioni al massimo raggio di ricezione. Funziona così: quando si aspetta una risposta, si tiene premuto il tasto Mon. La modalità entra accompagnata da un bit e dal classico rumore bianco emesso dalla radio, non appena arriva la trasmissione, il rumore si abbassa e viene esaltato il segnale parlante. La modalità si autodisattiva non appena si rilascia il tasto Mon. Per quanto riguarda la portata della trasmissione: fermo restando che come in ogni trasmissione radio occorre cercare di stare dentro le condizioni di trasmissione e ricezione che meglio massimizzano la possibilità di successo (stare in punti alti, possibilmente con pochi ostacoli o alberi ecc), ho potuto constatare che quanto dichiarato è reale, se non maggiore. Sono riuscito a conversare a 6.8 km di distanza (misura tramite gps) con 2 colline interposte. Inoltre sono riuscito a conversare ad una distanza di ... 17.7 km in modo chiaro e limpido (in questo ultimo caso la conversazione è stata effettuata stando su un altura e l'altra ricetrasmittente più a valle coperta solo da un monte e senza ricorrere al tasto Mon). In luoghi più coperti la conversazione quando non è risultata limpida o totalmente chiara, la funzionalità di cui parlavo prima si è rivelata fantastica, si riusciva a comprendere senza sforzo. Dopo questa esperienza ho deciso di prenderne altre 2; impostate sullo stesso canale e sullo stesso sottocanale (i codici ctcss) comunicano senza problemi tutte e 4. Ho fatto anche le prove di interferenza, cioè impostando 3 ricetrasmittenti su un determinato canale e ctcss, mentre quella di prova impostata su un altro canale, o sullo stesso canale ma con diverso ctcss... e non interagisce con le altre. Ottimo! Alla luce di quanto descritto, ringrazio KOMVOX per la gran figata che sono queste ricetrasmittenti, e assolutamente le consiglio. Le consiglio stando anche al fatto che marche più blasonate e più costose non hanno certe prestazioni a parità di potenza (0,5 w). Ricezioni pulite a tutti! ;) PS: Consiglio sulla ricarica: il cavetto doppio per la ricarica simultanea é un'ottima idea in caso di necessità. Tuttavia consiglio di ricaricare le ricetrasmittenti separatamente. Con il cavetto doppio infatti é come caricarle in parallelo, con tutti i limiti che una ricarica cosí effettuata ha. Una volta che inizierete a caricarle singolarmente, anche la durata aumenterà ;) ...

Por ahora he hecho una unica prueba estando uno dentro de casa y yo desplazandome por mi urbanizacion.Decir que está formada por casi 500 casas de dos plantas, en lo alto de una montaña y todo plano. Pues desde el salon de casa he alcanzado con claridad unos 600/700m, lo cual para tanto obstaculo me ha sorprendido gratamente ya que esperaba bastante menos alcance con tanto muro por mitad. Al acercarme al kilometro ya si he notado cierta perdida de calidad en la recepción, pero reitero: contento. Probando la funcion de escaneo, he podido escuchar a otras personas en dos canales diferentes.No es para lo que lo quiero, pero siempre está bien saber que funciona correctamente. Boton PTT correcto, volumen potente incluso al minimo (igual demasiado potente para usarlos con auriculares), parecen robustos aunque ligeros, la pinza para el pantalon no es de muelle sino de plastico duro que cumple su funcion perfectamente. La luz es un apaño.No te va a iluminar una senda pero sí alumbra algo.Creo que es mas para que te vean. Añadir que esto es un PMR. Que va a 0.5W, vaya... No te va a permitir hablar con tu abuelo que vive en Soria. Con suerte y estando bien situado podras hablar con alguien que esté a 7/8km (que ya es una buena distancia). Teniendo en cuenta esto, ya decides si compras o no. Yo los recomiendo. ------------------------------------ 7/6/2025 Pueblo del interior de Valencia, 260m altura.
