Plaggy reeds
It is a great reed, so convenient! I love ‘em.

Bought for my daughter, she seems pleased with it’s performance so far
Bought for my daughter who plays clarinet and she seem happy with its performance

Almost perfect
The reed plays great regarding the tone and sharpness but it's a little difficult to play the notes E3 and higher, as the reed tends to give out. Visually it unfortunately goes transparent when played, which I didn't expect as I thought it would remain silverish, but other then that I have no issues with it. Great stuff

Good substitute to traditional reeds
I switched to a 2.75 from a Vandoren V12 2.5. It’s taken a bit of getting used to (about 6-7 one hour practice sessions) but I’m getting to like it a lot. I’ve only had it for about a month but so far I’m impressed.

Responsive, consistent, but disappointingly ‘plasticky’ tone
Good responsiveness and piano low register sounds great but rather buzzy, unpleasant tone and weak in the upper register for its cost. Perhaps I chose too soft a strength for my playing style, but I wasn’t particularly happy with what I got for my money. I can see it being good for a beginner student as it is consistent and easy to produce a sound with.

Consistent sound no messing about wetting and adjusting.
I have been playing clarinet for just over a year. I became frustrated with the inconsistency of cane reeds and all the palaver of soaking them and breaking them in. I tried various brands of reed including Vandoren blue box, Vandoren V12, Rico and La Voz. I tried a Fibracell reed and this was an inprovement but the sound was a littel rough to my untutored ear! The Legere reed played straight out of the package and, with a little adjustment to my embouchure gives a good sound across the range and a quick response. At 67 I play for fun and will never grace the Albert Hall so this reed will do me fine and hopefully last long enough to be more economic than buying cane reeds.

Love these reeds, nice sound, long lasting, don't need soaking. After cleaning I can set my clarinet up ready to play and pick it up anytime and blow without wetting the reed, so convenient.
