Very comfortable and a reasonable price
After looking around at different gaming chairs I decided to settle on this one based on the design and price. Being my first gaming style chair I wasn't sure what to expect coming from a standard office chair but I'm very happy with my purchase.Assembly was pretty easy and intuitive aside from one snag due to the picture in the instructions not being clear on how the metal piece connecting the back to the seat screwed in. Another review already covered this and provided better pictures luckily. As far as comfort goes it is great. The back adjusts and locks in anywhere from 90 degrees to almost 180 degrees. I prefer it slanted just slightly back past 90. There is also a back support lumbar pillow included but I find it to be uncomfortable and removed it. It is easily attachable or detachable with the included straps. The seat also has the standard raising and lowering gas powered mechanism allowing you to adjust the height by a few inches. The chair itself does not rock back and forth at all unlike my old office chair, which was something that concerned me at first. However, I ended up liking the stability of a more stationary chair now that I've gotten used to it.

Well built chair
Although I have played with most of the additional functions (recliner, etc.), sticking with the basics is where I'll stick to. First, assembly from the box straight forward and easy, but I've done enough of these without issue. All tooling, hardware, etc. included with a couple spares. Chair looks great for the color I chose (red/black). Wheels roll good on wood flooring without marking floor. When I bought this though, I was 260lb and the chair did support the weight well, but now with a medical condition and a weight loss of 35+ lb, the support is even better. Only downfall for my opinion is the seat needs a little more padding, but am compensating with a 'chair doughnut'. When working, need to sit for several hours and this fit the ticket. In my book, pay the little extra for a quality chair that won't disappoint you after a short use of time as I have had in the past.

SOME ASSEMBLY REQ......
This is not a product you can put together alone, even with the directions. I promise you, you’ll need to YouTube if something is on right at least once. I read the reviews before buying and everyone said to allow for between 1 and 2 hours, it took us 3 and a half to put this massive pain in the rear together. First, the directions are extremely unclear, it basically says “put the thing...inside the thing, twist the other thing until secure” secondly it came with a thing of bolts and washers, gloves (unsure what for, perhaps to catch the sweat you’re going to accrue during this massive an of a workout.) but no nuts to secure the bolts on the back brace....LASTLY, after much cussing, nearly bringing me to tears, I brought out the big guns and asked me husband for a hand and which point he spent an hour or so trying to figure out what was going on, only to discover that they drilled the holes in the bottom of the seat to big for the bolts, and didn’t give us nuts to secure them, properly. All in all it ended up taking three full sized adults a two year old and two dogs (they supervised, and looked judingly as we all three huffed, puffed and threatened to throw the chair out the door) just to put this thing together.HOWEVER, as much of a short coming as all of that was, we did find some nuts at Walmart to secure it in place and it is legitimately the best purchase I’ve made for a chair in a long time. It is EXTREMELY comfortable, adjusts well, and the footrest is great when you’ve been on your feet (and boy will you be on your feet putting this sucker together) all day!Hands down will buy another chair from them, the product itself is great for long time sitting!

Solid, comfy chair. Setup instructions could use a minor tweak. Lasted 2.5 years.
(See below for my 2 year update review)I'm halfway through the installation instructions and hit a snag. There is a plate that connects the back of the chair to the assembly on the seat of the chair. That plate is angled. Unfortunately, the image in the instructions do not clearly show how the plate should be attached: whether the angled piece should go towards the back or away from it. Unfortunately, the instructional video does not show the attaching of the backplate, but I figured it out from the video: [youtube link redacted] See the wrong/correct image I've attached. The instructions also detail how to install the footrest, but mine was already assembled.I've finished the assembly. It does not take long (15 - 30 minutes).I had a cheap highback chair before I got this one. The Killabee chair has a much thicker, a bit stiffer, seat than I was expecting. But I am pleased with it. The lumbar support pillow is a bit thicker than I'd like, but it will help me with posture. The chair does recline, but it's a manual recline. You'll want to recline it to the position you want, then lock it in place with the lever under the seat. Raising and lower is easy, but I have mine at the lowest setting, which seems a little high for my desk. (I'll adjust.)The footrest pulls out then flips up and over. Unlike the rest of the chair, the footrest feels a bit flimsy. It is functional, though. Just don't put a lot of weight on it or lean on it.Overall, I like the chair.TWO YEAR LATER UPDATE:After using the chair for a couple of years, I have the following review. I've realized I slant when I sit. How do I know this? The left arm rest has all of its "plush" pushed to the side. I can now feel the plastic, and its nubs, of the armrest. While that armrest has gotten a bit flat, the other armrest wobbles. I think this is because one of the bolt screw holes has come loose in the seat. The seat has since become uncomfortable to sit on. I have a small pillow I now sit on. The back still feels good. And the chair remains sturdy. The wheels remain loose. I never use the footrest.Over all, I've started to look at other chairs that may be more suited for very long hours of sitting. At $200, this is not a bad chair. At $300, you may find the La-Z-Boy Aberdeen or the Alera Elusion more to your liking (according to some other reviews I've read). Key point, do your research.TWO YEARS FOUR MONTH UPDATE:The metal bar that holds the back of the seat to the base snapped. So now the seat is a seesaw, secured by two bolts. I've dropped the number of stars to 3, because I do expect a chair to last more than 2.5 years.
