Okay, buckle up buttercup, because we're about to dive headfirst into the fiery abyss that is Carolina Reaper Puree. First off, let's get this out of the way: this ain't your grandma's ketchup. This stuff is hotter than a habanero on a hot day in Death Valley. One drop, and you'll be questioning your life choices. Your taste buds will be doing the Macarena, and your sinuses will be singing a chorus of "Fireball." Now, let's talk flavour. There's a fruity sweetness lurking beneath the volcanic eruption, but finding it is like trying to find a unicorn in a sea of fire-breathing dragons. It's there, but good luck finding it. If like me you have a death wish and are into pain and suffering, this sauce is your new best friend. It's like a spicy version of Russian roulette, but instead of a bullet, you ALWAYS get a face full of fire. If you're looking for a subtle hint of heat, go buy a bell pepper. And if you're a normal human being, just walk away.

Nice flavour. Quite a small jar but was expecting this. Only complaint is as a chili head who grows and makes hot chili mash is it is not very hot for me. Especially since was expecting Reaper fresh bullet wound in the morning heat. Probably be right for most people though.

Nice chilli but does not have the scotch bonnet flavour which is disappointing.

I love hot food and cook alot with Scoth Bonnet chillies. My big challenge has been finding fresh scoth bonnets (as most I find are aged) my other challenge was getting a fair price for the quantity I'm buying. Having bought this for the first time, the flavour is superb and hot! What I really like is the quantity you get and the variety of ways you can use it. No chopping up required, all you need is a tea spoon to serve up as much as you need and you can use it directly the same way actual fresh peppers, be it with your cooking or directly onto your food at an appropriate amount. And I keep the jar in the fridge from the point of it's first use. Be warned to try a small amount so you can determine how much you need to use each time based on it's heat and your tolerance level. I think it's incredible value and is just as good, if not better that hunting for fresh peppers at a good price. My best advise to anyone is to try this product at least once, you will not regret it.

Don't be put off too much by the reputation of this chilli! This particular puree is great for homemade chilli or personally, about a quarter of a teaspoon in the meatball sauce gives it a nice flavour and a pleasant little kick. You don't need a lot, unless you want to create something savage... so it lasts longer than you would expect. Really good flavour, use this over chilli powder every time.

Bespaar je de nieuwsgierigheid... Het is niet zó heet.... Het potje is heel klein en ze beweren dat echte Carolina Reapers erin zitten. Zoek op YouTube naar Carolina Reaper Challenge en je zal genoeg filmpjes vinden waarin mensen nog net niet naar het ziekenhuis worden afgevoerd. Dit product is absoluut NIET van dattum.... Dus zoek naar wat anders om de ene collega te pranken....

Habitué aux sauces et purées de piment très forts (naga jolokia), j'ai été agréablement surpris par cette purée de piment. Le carolina reaper montre toute sa force dès le premier contact, et il en faut peu pour relever tout un plat. Le goût est légèrement fruité, et la chaleur reste bien en bouche. Pour le prix, ça dure bien longtemps et ça se conserve bien au réfrigérateur.

Genial . Aparte de picar un montón , que es de lo que se trata tiene muy buen sabor y no es nada artificial . Nos encanta .

Habe es für einen Freund als Geschenk gekauft. Schmeckt sehr essiglastig aber ist super scharf!
