Excellent product consisting of dried, white ginseng roots grown in Wisconsin in clean soil and proper ginseng environment (hot summers and very cold winters). I ate half a single root by gradually chewing it into a saliva saturated bolus and parking it under my tongue for 20 minutes. A profound feeling of well being and gentle energy ensued, lasting for some 6 hours. American ginseng is a life extending tonic that lends vitality, libido energy, athletic energy, and fights depression. The taste is strong, takes some getting used to, but is well worth the effort. The drying makes them hard as rock, but the flavor is sweet, and once ground into powder, makes an awesome addition to my homemade super greens supplement.

I love this. I grind it down to a fine powder and use a small bit every morning for energy. I can honestly say, I am full of energy from 6-9 daily. I no longer use caffeine, I don't get a crash like I did with caffeine and my health is better. This is also a great pick me up for a pre workout, but beware, if you use it at night, you won't sleep. Hahaha 😂 a little goes a long way. My lab work is better and I love this. I wish I could visit where this grows to see the progress because it doesn't grow in my state. :( I hope you never take it off Amazon. I am no expert in gensing. All I have done is read up on it. So what I write here is just off the cuff. The root is hard and tastes like dirt. I sense no energy boost at any dose. I am going back to just drinking coffee. Maybe I am too old and in my efforts I am "just kicking a dead horse" here. However, I have no idea why this plant has such a following. Other than mysticism and superstition.

I had a problem with Amazon during shipping but they fixed it for me I got some really nice ginseng roots and there is nothing wrong with them just a quick wash an there set other then that some of the best ginseng I've gotten I love this company can't wait for my powder ginseng to shows up it's my 2nd favorite thing to take ginseng. I used to buy dried Ginseng root back in the 70s. It was quite easy to obtain in the UK not so much anymore. Everything seems to have been reduced to powders and pills. I came across this died root and decided to see what the quality of this compared to my experience of the same raw root from decades before. As soon as I used it I knew it was quality.
