Decaf Sumatra, Whole Bean Coffee (1lb)

Starbucks decaf Sumatra is one of the best tasting decaf coffees in my opinion.

I grind these beans on medium coarse and use a french press to make delicious decaf coffee. I don't really speak coffee -lingo, but I have to say it's robust.. It tastes great just as it is hot or iced, or with cream, honey or, MCT-oil.Starbucks has many great flavors. This one is my favorite.

I love great coffee and have searched far and wide for a decaf coffee that doesn't taste like dirt or worse. I've been trying to kick my 5+ cup a day coffee habit, and this is the closest thing to real coffee without the caffeine. It's also a darker roast, which I enjoy. I'm so excited I finally found a tasty decaf coffee.

I switched over from regular to decaf for health reason, but was disappointed in lack of flavor. I'll stick with regular Sumatra!

This is my favorite decaf. I am well aware that I paid almost twice as much as it costs from the retail store. With a global pandemic and stay home orders, no Starbucks retail stores are open near me and I might not feel safe going even if they were. So while at first I was appalled at the price, I’ve since decided I may as well have the coffee I like and just ordered it again. I’m just glad anyone is selling it online. I’m not spending much on anything else, so why not. The quality of my first bag was fine. I wouldn’t mind an explanation from the sellers about why the more than $10 mark up.

It’s Starbucks - either you like their products or you don’t. With a burr grinder, the right grind setting for the brewer, the correct number of scoops and the right amount of water and temperature, it tastes smooth. The grind setting, number of scoops and amount of water are all subjective to one’s taste.

I really enjoy this product. I am happy to be able purchase it at a decent price on line, whenever I run out.
