Good product but a bit expensive.
Read the description carefully before ordering what it states is what you'll get. I only have a light incontinence problem as a result of a prostrate procedure but I have some doubts if this brand could satisfactorily assist persons with a very heavy one . They are comfortable ,note that they have no front opening, they do wash well & the legs are about the same length as most boxer shorts, I recommend that you order one size larger since it appears they use the European standards ie I wear a US medium but I ordered a large size & they fit perfect. I wasn't too happy with the protruding front design but it is what it is.

Works Well and Lasts
I've used these for several years. Works great for small volumes, don't know about larger. They hold up over repeated washings. I've found the seams give way after couple years, long before the absorbency gives out.

What a relief!
These underwear are great. I have issues with needing to get to a toilet right away and when one isnt available i can have embarrassing leakage. And most of the time this is when I am out on the road or in a public place where bathrooms arent easy to find. Since my wife bought me these protechdry pants I havent had any embarrassing issues. I was skeptical and felt a bit weird needing a product like this but they are great. Very comfortable and look just like regular underwear. They wash well in the washing machine and I try to line dry as suggested by the makers but they have been through the dryer with no problems a time or two. The ONLY problem I have with these is the price. I would like several more pairs but my budget doesnt allow for buying more right now. I am glad i at least got the "buy 4 get 1 free" deal. Since they were new to me I almost opted to just buy 1 pair to try them out but I am happy I got have 5 pairs. So if you are a guy who is stressed out by leakage/peeing issues I can tell you these have been a great solution for me.

Give these underwear, a second, more comfortable life!
When these underwear start to develop holes around the crotch pocket, simply cut out the crotch and install that functional part into some inexpensive, form-fitting Puma boxer briefs! Many people complain about the short life of these underwear, and about how the fit changes from one time to the next when they buy the same size. My answer? Get a cheap package of five Puma underwear on Amazon or at Costco (even cheaper) and sew the absorbent pocket inside them. The fit and feel of the Puma briefs is much better, and the sizing doesn’t change from one production run to another. I have tried several different brands of alternative briefs, and Puma works the best. It’s relatively easy, and you don’t have to cut anything out of the Puma briefs. Then you get the best of both worlds: extended life and good fit from the Puma brief, and the nice crotch pocket of these underwear.

Good product
It is a good product that I ordered before. Sized a little small. Check size chart.

These appear to be working well for a larger teen and giving him dignity
Grandson still has problems at night (age 10). He is a sound sleeper and doesn't wake. These appear to absorb very well and give him a new sense of dignity because they don't look like diapers. He likes the sleek feel of the pants and the black color. They wash and dry well and I'm very pleased with the product. They are expensive but I ordered the 5 pack so that he could have a fresh one available each day between washing times. The medium fit him fairly well (he is size 12-14 in boys jeans). The small would have been too small. Thank you for providing this product. (would appreciate even more discount for larger quantity.

They deserve zero stars
I had really high hopes for these. They have disappointed me in every way possible. First, the size is not correct. I ordered xxl and they were like the size for a little boy. Second they do not absorb anything. Soaking wet after a a single use with mild leakage. They do not prevent any bad smells. I could just pee on my pants before wearing these and I would smell the same. Nothing that they claim to be is true. You are just paying 30+ dollars for a pair of cheap underwear. If you like being bamboozled, by these.

Good Value Except for Durability
Updated Review: I still like the padded area in front as it absorbs urine and minimizes odors. What has changed is my view on durability. At about the 18 month mark the nylon that makes the majority of the boxer starts to separate from the cotton front right at the seam. Once it starts, there's no stopping the separation until the boxers are completely unusable. I've had plenty of underpants that cost $4/pair or less that have lasted for years longer than these have at $25/pair. This is a design problem. I note that other users have the same problem and I hope the manufacturer takes steps to correct it. Original Review: I expect there isn't a perfect incontinence brief that fits everyone. This one is pretty close for me. The briefs stay on and don't droop when I wear them with a Guard, which is a problem with regular cotton briefs. I find I get tired of them from time to time and take a break. It's hard to beat the comfort level of cotton but I understand the need for these to be different. I'd like these more if they covered a slightly bigger area in the front because sometimes they aren't quite wide enough. They are absorbent, look attractive and are durable.
