Excellent album & quality work done by SONY
Sony has done an excellent work on this Vinyl LP. The sound quality is as good as analogue could be. The vinyl & pressing quality is excellent.I thank Sony for bringing out this rare album on vinyl and sincerely hope they bring out such other albums on vinyl with such excellent quality (sq & pressings).Two small suggestion are 1). Sony should improve on the quality of cover art work & print quality. 2). There should be track listing along with artist details on the centre label of the record, which is missing in the never vinyls.

Thanks a lot Sony DADC for providing a gem collection to the RD fans... hats off to the individual/ team who decided to press this collection once again... hope to see more rare RD Burman melodies in near future... thanks again... P.S - I didn't check the sound quality yet as I just received the LP and so excited to write the review. Hope they maintain the original sound quality that was created by Pancham...

A collector's item for sure.
What is there to dislike in an LP vinyl of this most iconic of soundtracks...Old school paper cover (nostalgia in waves...), perfect fabrication of the LP, beautiful reproduction.You must grace your collection with this lovely investment.

Overall a good pressing.Nice stereo soundstage,instruments appear clear and well spaced and vocals too are good.Dynamic range seems to be just a bit compromised.

Commendable reissue - recommended buy
This is a commendable reissue of the Dil Padosi Hai album. All songs are included. The sound quality is almost at par with the original HMV issue. The 180gms reissue also benefits from the black noise/reduction of surface noise given its physical qualities. Hence this reissue adds an interesting dimension to anyone also owning the original.The cover leaves a lot to be desired. It is basically a reprint of the original - however the clarity of the original is lacking.
