This was suggested on a website to hold up "larger" boobs in low cut backless garments- which is why I bought it. I am naturally large chested and it worked better than anything else I have every tried. I was finally able to wear tops/ dresses that I could never find a bra for.

Would this work for taping plastic over windows in winter months without leaving residue or removing paint when removed?

No, do not use it for long term taping needs, especially on paint.. It won't stay, and will leave residue when it's removed. Gaff tape is for short term use, ideally indoors on dry, dust-free surfaces

Could this tape be used for making labels (that won't curl up or fall off) for plastic moving boxes?

It should hold for a decent amount of time... it's NOT a permanent tape but I've used it on all sorts of materials, cardboard, plastic, metal forseveral months and I had no problems. If you're talking about slapping a piece on a container and marking it "Kitchen" you're good.

Does it withstand sun, high heat, and freezing temps?

It's not hard to find waterproof, all weather gaffer tape, or even professional high end gaffer tape. AMAZON has lots of chooses.
