With this drive games load at least 25-30% faster. If this doesn't sound like much consider the XBONE load times on a lot of games are two to three minutes, This drive alone can shave an entire minute off load times! The only downside is it's only 1TB but this is pretty typical for SSD drives. The only reason you shouldn't get this drive is if you're only concerned about space and have hundreds of games and want a lot of them always installed. This shouldn't matter because you can always reinstall games that you remove. Bottom line if you have an Xbox One (Original, S, or X) this drive will improve your actual gaming experience.

I've had this for sometime now and it's working really well, I tried this on more mmo rpg games because I know they have alot of loading and popping in them, my load times went down alot as I mean cut in half if not more and when I go in a game like MW I'm the one loaded in waiting for others to get in, a my must buy for your Xbox.

So this does make games load faster but the price may keep most away. My only other gripe is that it's small enough that anyone can slip this in there pockets and you'd never know it. But it is a great device. Just make sure you tuck it away if you can.

The hard drive itself is small in size and memory given I got the one terabyte, could not even imagine the 500GB one. Overall it's small easy to hook up and had noticeable decrease in load times especially with Destiny 2 and other games. I would recommend getting the 2TB one but it's a bit pricey. Even the 1TB is a lot. If you are on a budget I would look into getting another external that has more memory for a lower price. But if you're a hardcore Xbox/gamer and want that little extra decrease and load time go for it

Bought it to store/use games on an Oculus Rift S. Super fast load times and allowed me to clear storage on my laptop which allowed the games to run more smoothly.

Bought for my Xbox One X. Storage capacity at 1 Tb was perfect. The improvement in game loading speeds was incredible. Worth the money.

The drive is in rough shape, definitely used. Far worse then the condition however was the fact that they don't work when you get them. They are not going to play and you will need a PC to even be able to set it up for your Xbox. You will also need to purchase a 3.0 type A to C cable as the one that they send with it is completely useless and will not work with this device. Don't waste your time with this seller and their products unless you like frustrating dilemmas to try and solve. *Update: I ordered a 3.0 USB C and it does work, you will have to do this as well as the cord it comes with doesn't work for the intended use of the device. Could use either a better cord or Just don't include a useless cord with no explanation.

1T on the console and 1T external still isn’t enough room. But best believe this the fastest way to load into your games with these SSD externals. Definitely worth buying the most expensive.

I had an existing 2TB SATA external drive for loading games like The Division 2, GTA V, etc. Load times in The Division 2 were slow, as was 'fast' travelling between sites in the game. After hooking up this 1TB SSD, my fast travvel times have shrunk to less than 10 seconds, instead of the 30-40 I was seeing before. The game feels much snappier and I no longer dread certain actions as a result of having the SSD. I would recommend this drive to anyone with an Xbox One X or earlier console.
