I gave this bear to my grandson a couple years ago and really do not recall which button is missing

What materials is bear made of?

I don’t know what material the bear is made of. However, the bear is very soft. My son has had him for about two years and the Bear and his clothes still feel very nice. I can say it’s not made of denim and no leather.
