PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB Console - Black (Renewed)

A bit pricey, but worth it

This PlayStation 4 works perfectly, my son loves it. We also love all of the free game trials you get when you purchase the highest membership package. Seems to have a good bit of storage, most games have great graphics. We did download a game that came out with the original PlayStation called twisted metal and the graphics were not great on that but that's the only game that seem to have that issue so far. Seems to have a fairly simple setup and games don't take too long to download.

This was by far the worst Amazon experience I’ve ever had. My son and I were buying a renewed PS4, he had saved up his money and I paid for the rest. When we received it, the controller that came did not work. That should have been a red flag. They sent a new one, so everything seemed ok. We played on it sporadically, and after a bit, my son started telling me it wasn’t working correctly…would start making weird noises, would freeze mid-game, would shut off while playing, etc. I initiated the return process and set it back, only to be denied the refund. They made up reasons why they denied it…that it was too late (I have the receipts of when it was sent and they received which were within the return window), that I had removed a safety sticker that said Do Not Remove (if a sticker said that I obviously would not remove it), and that I supposedly opened up the console and altered it. All of these claims were untrue and made up to scam me out of my money. The only thing they said that was true was that I only sent 1 controller back, which is because I didn’t think to send back the original defective one. I should have done a better job reading reviews of this company, it looks like they have pulled this same scam on people before. Please beware!

Ordered this early for my son for x mas. Original one that was sent did not work. Contacted the refurbishing company directly and they sent out another system without any headaches or hassle and I recieved the new one, which works great, in 2 days. Great customer service goes a long way even when there's a problem for me, so I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them!

We bought our PS4 last month for our son’s birthday and it came so quick! Even quicker than the expected date and was packaged so carefully. We were worried it may not look new but looks almost brand new and works perfectly! Never any issues with playing any of the games or charging new controls. We love it thank you!

I can't deny that the physical aspect is fine. But I must emphasize that first the cable to charge the joystick is damaged and does not work, I ignored it because it is a simple cable. Second, the ps4 It works but it is somewhat damaged since when installing a game it does it but when running it it automatically closes the application and an error appears and the game does not really run. I am very disappointed with this Purchase I hope they take action on the matter so that it does not affect other users and that they contact me so I do not lose my money, thank you

Works great, although the controls were a bit weird for me at first on most games (as the last time I played on a PlayStation was at least five years ago). Never froze yet for me, no bug, easy to connect to the Internet. Love it.

Llegó muy bien empaquetado y en buen estado. El problema fue que cuando empecé a abrir el paquete me di cuenta que no traía el cable de carga para el control.(Para los que no lo sepan, el cable especial para el control dualshock es necesario para iniciar la configuración de la consola por primera vez).Ya que conectar cualquier cable mini usb no funciona para que la playstation pueda comenzar con la configuración inicial de la consola, tuve que pedir un cable de carga por aparte, provocando que no pueda usar la play por todo un día. Consideren este detalle antes de pedir el producto.

Not as heavy duty as a pro, but an ideal, tiny PS4 system. Would definitely buy again!

Revivi el paquete y esta todo bien pero llevo menos de 1 semana de juego y el botón r3 no se presiona correctamente y el botón de options no se presiona
