Dometic 310 Gravity Toilet, Bone, Standard Height

Perfect fit easy install

Toilet arrived much faster than I had hoped for. Easy install because I was replacing a16 year old toilet of the same model. A couple of things to be aware of. If the new toilet valve only has one screw holding it in be sure to install a second screw in the unused hole. The second thing to do before installing the toilet is to remove the factory hose clamp on the hose going into the valve. Replace it with a screw type clamp. You'll be happy you did this when you have to replace the valve in the future. PS: we sure do love the upgraded easy close toilet lid.

Easiest thing to install. Two floor nuts, a rubber seal (which was already installed on the toilet), and one hose connection. It claimed no plumbers tape was necessary, but I used it on the threads anyway (just added protection). The install took less than 15 minutes, at a slow pace. Only needed a few common tools: 7/16ths wrench, flat head screwdriver, and a pair of slip joint plumbing pliers. Piece of cake! Replaced a stinky 300 that stunk up the whole camper and a few nearby campsites. It was a nice upgrade. Has a better feel. The old 300 was less than 8 lbs. By comparison, the 310 wins...hands-down!

I intentionally waited several mo the to leave a review to be able to give a better one. We have had this installed for several months now and are very pleased with it compared to the stock commode that came with our RV. It is much heavier duty and feels exactly like a home toilet. It has a soft touch lid that has functioned well since purchase. The foot flush petal seems durable and has not given us any issues. We are currently building our forever home a distance from our current home so we often stay in our RV onsite, so this has been used consistently and frequently as opposed to just an occasional vacation, etc. The flush is good since water comes out of many holes all around the top and swirls down. It stays clean and I just use regular toilet bowl cleaner to maintain it. Overall we are happy with this purchase and can’t really think of any complaints. Recommend!

Toilet arrived quickly and in good condition. Product description stated that the color was white, but the toilet is actually a bone color. The bone color does not conflict with the decor of my camper's bathroom, so I was willing to keep it, as the original toilet that came with the camper was a very poor design and I was anxious to replace it asap. Installation was quick and simple. The ceramic bowl seems to be much sturdier than the all-plastic model I'm replacing. But be careful if color is a priority for you.

This product is awesome! I was able to install all by my self and have never replaced a toilet before! it was so easy to install ! I am a 61yr old woman, and I was able to install myself because there was a video on Amazon another customer had down loaded. I put it in my motor home.The functioning of it is very smooth and nice. it feels good when you sit on it and it is not low like all the other ones. it adds class and style to your home, rather it be a motor home, trailer or where ever you are using it.I would order it again in a heart beat! Great product, you can't go wrong. don't hire a fix it man, try to replace yourself. I did! Honestly I Love it! But, I orderd white and received cream off white! I love it anyways!

Easy to install

I should have read the many "faulty seal" reviews! I've reached out to Dometic to no avail. I guess we need to upgrade to a 410. That's ridiculous for only 10 months of having a toity! 😡

Ordered this product to replace a Dometic 300 that was leaking (trapping used toilet water) between the inner and outer bowl, creating an unbearable smell. Upon researching this problem, other campers said the Dometic 310 was the solution - so fingers crossed. Instillation was quick and easy, the footprint of the 310 was the same as the 300 so it went in smoothly. The seller filled and delivered the new toilet with lightning speed, which we appreciated. The five star rating is based on the sellers performance and ease of instillation. If the toilet has issued or defects I will update the review accordingly- at this point, 5 Stars.

All is well. The toilet is working fine. It would have been helpful if all of the materials needed for mount the toilet were included in the package or at least the parts noted that need to be purchased to complete the installation.
