I got these to use before my colonoscopy and they did their job. Tho I’m not sure if it was this or the liquid I had taken a few hours before but 2 hours after taking 3 of these I was getting some pretty bad cramping. I believe it was these as the other had already been working previously. Regardless they did their job! Super tiny pills and easy to swallow. No taste. Stated working quickly.

Luckily I don’t normally need a laxative, but these are great to have on hand when I do. After having surgery and taking lots of pain relievers, I developed some awful constipation. Taking these easy to swallow little pills with plenty of water solved my problem overnight. They work dependably within the time frame advertised. For me there weren’t any of the side effects listed.

Works every time within 4-7 hours and you go a few times. I take 2 and I make sure I drink a lot of water the day I take it. If it’s for a person that don’t drink a lot of water…try to sip throughout the day for best results.

If you need help with your constipation I recommend this product. Only use once in awhile when needed. Stay hydrated and eat more fibre is the secret.
