Works like magic! 10 out of 10!
Solve my problem I’ve had for years! I have now used this product for about five years, and I wish I had known about it earlier! It keeps my sheets on my bed perfectly – no matter how much too small they are this rubber band holds the sheets tightly onto my bed. We have a king size bed, and it seems that we never can find sheets with deep enough pockets to fit our bed! This rubber band does the trick every time! Even if the pockets are not deep enough and our sheets, do not reach all the way down over our mattress this rubber band holds the sheets on perfectly tight! No more popping sheets off the corners no more wrinkled up beds, our bed stays perfect all the time! I highly highly recommend this product. It’s strong and has lasted for five years. It does not show any wear whatsoever! It makes all king-size sheets work for your expensive mattresses that has such a deep pocket! The deep pocket sheets are really hard to find and are a lot more expensive – this totally solved my problem – I hope it will solve yours also! I’ve looked atthe other newer products and I don’t believe that they would do what this band can do. It might work for a different purpose, but it wouldn’t work for someone needing to hold sheets on a deep pocket bed with sheets that don’t reach. Good luck! Barbara.

It keeps your sheets where they belong!
I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon. In fact I probably paid for the new facility in my hometown. You’re welcome Amazon I have to say this sheet gripper/band is surprisingly one of my favorite purchases! I was trying to find something that I could tuck my top sheet into because I have a deep mattress and no boxspring so there was no place to tuck the sheet in and it ended up around my ears every night. Now it stays put and problem solved! An added bonus is that it keeps the sheet from wrinkling underneath you because it holds it tight and flat. I didn’t have a problem with my sheets popping loose from the corners, but I can definitely see that it would keep that from happening too. I definitely recommend this if you need to hold your sheets in place.

Good Idea
Works fairly well, as the detailed description says it's not great at holding the long sides in place but it's better than other things I have tried.

Gaps on side, bed's 1 inch wider at top and bottom than middle, measure your bed first
Very easy to install and smells up close, but don't notice any smell just lying in bed. It holds the top and bottom of the bed sheet tight, but I find that my mattress bows in about an inch so that there is a huge gap on both sides of the bed. Sheets are therefore still moving around in the middle, but may be more stable over all. If there was another twin bed in the house, I would see if it is just this mattress, but alas only one. May see if a friend will let me test it on their kid's. If there is a difference as I would hope for most beds, I will update. Anyway, my major hope was it would smooth out both the fitted sheet and the mattress pad underneath it as both wad up some and I suffer from the Princess and the Pea syndrome (tossing all night trying to get comfortable...even the overly generous quilting on my mattress bugs me, so I got a bulky mattress pad...that bunches up and slides around....sigh). Will likely resort to using the straps that go under the mattress for the pad since wash that less than the sheets. Maybe try using with the Rubber Hugger one strap for the middle of the sheet, attaching two each time I change the sheet is not so annoying as having to snap six or eight of them. However, it does look like it will do the job of keeping the corners from popping off and changing flat sheets into fitted without sewing and that pleases me as I am picky (of course) about fabric. I have lots of great fabric flat sheets where the fitted wore out and currently can't find a brand of sheets that matches what I want (thick all cotton with a slight roughness to it...have no clue why that works better for me than silky). For 15$, satisfied so far, but not thrilled, but not the band's fault. It's the bed. I recommend measuring your bed or likely better due to the curved edges making a precise measure difficult, tying a long piece of string snuggly around it to see if your bed is straight edged or more hourglass before buying.

NOPE!
The item seems to be quality material and seems to be made good but these bands need to be downsized. Rubber Hugger is not what the description says. When we put the hugger on the bed it was loose. I expected it to be tight. It says that the sheets stay on and holds them tight that's not true. When the band is on the mattress then the sheet should not wrinkle, bunch, or be loose on the top of the mattress but they do just as bad as if you didn't use this band. It says you can tuck the top sheet in this band, you can but it doesn't stay. I bough 2. One for our bed in the house and the other for the bed in our camper. The one I have on my bed I can't return because I don't have the package but the other one is still is the package so it will be returned. The information for this item also says that if the band is too big tie a knot in the band. FROM THE RUBBER HUGGER COMPANY: "Yes you can get a smaller size but first I would tie a knot in the current band this will shorten it so that it has more tension." By Rubber Hugger SELLER on July 20, 2022". I did as well as I could and the band is still too big. I could not pull enough of the band to tie a knot that was tight enough to hold the sheet. The one in the pic was the one I tied. I don't feel like I should have to tie knots all over the band. This band may well be "tight" for a Cal king but not for a regular common king mattress. If you still want to order this item then I would suggest that you buy one size smaller than the mattress you have except for the Cal king. I won't order or recommend this item to anyone.

Easy and effective. Perfect!
Surprised me! Should have found this sooner. We have extra high air bed for guests and the sheets never stay on because of the air head "board". This keeps the fitted sheet tight and easily holds the end of the top sheet in place while allowing the right and left sides free. Results are fantastic. Band truly grips and stays in place safely without endangering air bed like clips would have. Easy to put on.

Great Way to Keep Sheets In Place
I have had this product for about 2 years and I have loved it. My husband is a below the knee amputee, and so he slides more than not when getting into and out of the bed, as well as tosses and turns, and slips while sitting at the side of the bed getting his leg on, I have had major issues keeping fitted sheets on the bed. They pull from the corners as well as the other side of the bed, frustrating for me cause I like my sheets straight and smooth. I tried other products, that just didn't work, clips snap off and other brands that go under mattress just too hard to lift my king mattress to get to. This band is easy to install, I do it myself, and as I change my sheets/bedding weekly, very convenient. I remove it completely when changing my bed and put back on, only way to have hospital corners. Over time I found the band has stretch out some, which is to be expected, hello its a rubber band even small paper bands do the same. I found using the strap designed for adjustable beds to work. I stretch and tighten the band on 3 sides and use the strap at the end of the bed to hold it tight. I do need something for sides, again husband slides off side of bed when getting out. It does make small indent in corners of mattress when tight but not an issue, who sleeps on the corners? For price vs quality I give 10 stars, I would rather buy a new one every couple of years vs paying funeral costs due to how frustrating it is remaking the bed due to my husband. This product has held up and made my life so much easier, I wrap over mattress pad, fitted and flat sheet, during winter I have an additional blanket, keeps all snug, and doesn't pull out of bottom of bed even when my husband gets them wrapped around himself. I would recommend to anyone who has issues with keeping sheets on the bed, this is great for people like me who is or has someone that has a harder time getting into and out of bed, does more sliding then hopping into/out of bed. It's not often I submit reviews for products, unless I'm very disappointed in it, and if I could give 10 stars I would.

Does not work as described
I’ve tried at least a half dozen products to try to keep my sheets on my bed, all with disappointing results. Sheet holders with clasps rip easily through sheets and are difficult to install. I thought the Rubber Hugger would be different. It is, but not by enough to be worthwhile. The Rubber Hugger is a giant rubber band, plain and simple. It looks like a rubber band, it smells like a rubber band, it IS a rubber band. Have you ever had a rubber band wrapped extra tight around something and, as the object it is around shifts, the rubber band begins to roll and twist? That’s exactly what the Rubber Hugger does on your bed. Any time your sheets would normally move, the pressure put on the band budges it a little and eventually the band gets twisted up. Once it’s twisted up, there’s no tension in the band, so you have to take it off and put it back on untwisted. The problem being that you will definitely have to do it again a couple nights later. I’m an exceptionally large, heavy person sleeping on a Queen mattress by myself and I favor one side of the mattress. Even with the Rubber Hugger on, my weight pulls the sheets under me and I wind up with the sheets ballooned out on the side of the bed under me when I wake up. The Rubber Hugger can sometimes just barely hold them on the mattress as the fabric is tugged but most of the time the Rubber Hugger will just come up with the sheets, all twisted up. This product might work better for a twin sized bed, a single, or couples of similar weight in a larger bed whose weight will balance out the tension on the fabric. Make sure you get into bed at the very same time, though! I’ve also been woken up in the night by a loud rubber band snapping sound only to find the Rubber Hugger has pulled up over the corner of the bed and is stretched out horizontally across the mattress, thankfully on the side I do not sleep on. The sound it made was loud enough to suggest that the product could have potentially injured someone if they’d been lying on that side. Likewise, I wouldn’t suggest this for a young child who might jump on the bed or someone who requires assistance such as being moved or flipped on their bed, as the band WILL come up with weight forcefully applied to the sheets and it sounds like it comes up with some pretty serious velocity. The Rubber Hugger works in theory but not on large beds, for large people, or anybody who might cause the mattress to sink unevenly. It’s a rubber band, guys. You’re better off just using a big flat sheet as your bottom sheet and getting a bigger duvet so nobody sees the wrinkles.
