Larger than anticipated
I bought this for a motorcycle and it's larger than I anticipated, I struggled to put it in place where the old horn was. Good quality. Loud enough.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Selected from various options on Amazon because of medium price and generally good reviews. The sound is marginally louder than Husqvarna OEM and slightly louder, but it’s not a really loud horn - the OEM horn on my Yamaha is substantially louder. Knowing this, I’d probably have bought one of the cheaper variants of noise wasn’t that important, or the more expensive options if I really wanted to go louder. This may still get returned as I’m not convinced it’s good enough. The reviews that mention the bolt for the arm being excessively tight are correct. I needed WD40 quick release penetrant, an 18 inch adjustable spanner, and a heat gun to get the bolt loose.

OK for classic car
Used to replace horn on VW camper. Works and good value, not that loud, but fine for a classic.

Decent enough but unimpressive.
Bought as a replacement for Himalayan 411 stock item. Tone is marginally more hysterical but lacking in any gravitas or imperative. The rear nut was insanely tight and removing it to orientate the horn was the most demanding part of the fitment. I wouldn’t buy again as it has no advantage over the OE item. German name but made in India which was somehow fitting given I bought for an Indian made motorcycle
