great updated content but too large and heavy compared to previous editions
Content is great as always, updated, nice and easy layout etc. However this new edition is a larger and heavier book with a large tube protecting the spiral. If you are planning to keep in one desk at your consultation room is good. If you are planning to bring it every day to work and carry it around different rooms in a busy hospital then better stick with the previous edition! My rating of 2 stars concerns solely the book size and weight and not the content.
