While this is by far not a medical recommendation, I do want to say that these helped me immensely when I had a gout attack on my knee. For those who deal with this, you know it's not comfortable. The second day into the attack, I was using a cane and barely able to sit/walk comfortably, so I looked here for the Tart Cherry Extract as it's known to be a good natural reducer of Uric acid which, if too high, can cause gout attacks. I have certain health issues and am prone to these as a result. I want to say that within 1 day, I was not using the cane anymore and the pain was mostly gone. I used this product for the next few days and within 3 days of treatment, I was 100% back to normal. They do not have any flavor or taste to them, so you don't have to worry about them being obnoxious to swallow as well! They have nice pink color to them which is a good representation of Cherry. There was no after taste to these and worked great! You can't go wrong with the price of these and the effectiveness of them. I won't hesitate to use these in the future in the event of another flare up.

I take tart cherry to reduce uric acid, trying to reduce inflammation and pain as much as possible. Tart cherry is also rich in antioxidants and I've heard that it may improve sleep quality, reduce inflammation, and lower blood pressure. I also love that it is packed with red polyphenols which may be very helpful to healthy gut bacteria, which emerging science is discovering may be one of the most important things you do for your health, is have a healthy gut microbiome! This is an easy way to get red food (you know they say to eat all the colors for good nutrition.) I've ordered this product many times and I feel confident in the quality. It is non-Gmo but not organic, and I am concerned that they may be loaded with pesticides, but I keep taking it. The coloration does vary from bottle to bottle and I don't understand that, but I suppose this can happen with any natural product, and for the price it's unbeatable. The price of this brand is far less than any other brand and I'm very comfortable with the quality. I don't know about its effectiveness since I take it all the time, but I did forget them for three days once and I do think I felt more stiff. The pills are quite easy to swallow, they're considerably smaller than other supplements I take. A serving size of this is 3 capsules, but like I said, they're easy to take. Except for the possible pesticide issue, this seems like a win-win-win no lose situation.

In the past, prior to taking this supplement I would have an awful gout flare up every other month. I started taking these, 3 daily for 6 months - ZERO gout! The current month I dropped to 2 daily - so far so good - no gout. I have not changed my diet nor my drinking habit. Amazing supplement and I’m not supporting big pharma! Amazing…

This is a wonderful product from a good company. It tastes great, does a good job, & I’ve liked it well enough to purchase it on multiple occasions.

One of my best friends said to try this but, "You're going to wonder why you're still taking them, then suddenly you realize you're not hurting." She was right. You have to take these things for weeks before you notice the full effects. It's not a miracle, one pill and you're good. It's more of a gradual process that leads to a real, daily, reduction in pain and stiffness.

This gave me vivid nightmares after five nights of use. I assume it can act as melatonin supplements which I read can have this side effect. Also had some morning grogginess. I was taking for anxiety and to help sleep. Maybe dose is too high for me. Have been drinking the juice for years which works wonders for pain! Will stick to the tart cherry juice but not every day from now on.
