Review: Terrible fit - Should have returned it but missed the window. It falls down off my visor when I try to move the visor itself to flip it down or to the side, the plastic gets quite dirty quite quickly, all I see is fingerprints on it after just a couple drives with it, and it isn't dark enough to block out much sun at all. Overall, terrible product. Good proof of concept (i.e. the idea is a good one) but this particularly one...just say no. Review: it is a good stuff, best for the protection of the car in summer - I thought the whole shade was 15" wide, but the part with the suction cups is actually a few inches wider than the shade. So if you have smaller windows like I do, you won't be able to use the hooks-you have to use suction cups, and the shade doesn't fully cover the window. It also still seems pretty sunny in the car. It might make it slightly darker, but not as dark as I hoped. These are being used in a CRV and fit the window well covering a greater surface area than the ones being replaced. The size is close to accurate, whereas description states 21x14 and they are 20.25x14. They work just as described, just unfold and press into the window. They were stuck together when taken out of the package but had no issues with them ripping or anything when peeling apart. These should serve their purpose just fine.

Not a fan of plastic, but works.
It blocks quite a bit of light, but it's not glass clear. There's slight distortion in the plastic which might be a hindrance to some.

good cover but needs better tape
I have 4 of these (on my car and my parents cars) and all 4 suffer the same problem - The tape that comes with them is horrendous!!!! It will get loose within a month or so in hot weather and cant hold with anything! I'd suggest tossing the tape that comes with the package and buying decent double sided tape at a hardware store or even target, it works and ive had no issues with it. The shade itself is spectacular. Keeps it hidden and out of the way when not in use, and keeps the sun out of the car. Definitely cooler inside the car with the shade pulled. Recommend this to any car owner.

Car sun and night vision
Doesn"t adjust easily. The hing hangs down so it blocks the vision on a tall person. and if you are short it does't cover that area. Works for regular size I suppose.

Doesn't work
I installed the item as soon as I received it. It was so easy to install that I didn't even need the instructions, but I did refer to them after it was installed because I thought maybe I did something wrong because now I can't use my regular sun visor. It won't go down because this device is in the way. I got this visor because I am short and I drive west to east in the morning and, obviously, east to west in the afternoon, so in the winter I get a terrible glare each way. Well, the "anti glare" visor is just a piece of tinted plastic that cuts down on glare the tiniest bit, but not enough that it doesn't still hurt my eyes. The yellow visor doesn't do anything but make everything yellow. My biggest pet peeve is that while it's installed, I can't use my regular sun visor. I would return it, but I accidentally threw away the package.

Great level of tint for those who want full visibility
This product adds weight to your visor, If you have a weakened visor either due to age or constant use (like me) this will aggravate it more. However because I am very short the standard tint on my windshield is useless. This does help that Iโm not sure how well the yellow filter will help until the weather clears up. I wanted to give as detailed a review but the weather isnโt looking to shift for a while. I have very sensitive eyes and am constantly wearing sunglasses so this certainly helps reduce the impact. Again be aware of the added weight as when I drive fast and go over humps and dips the visor falls - including a Velcro strip would be helpful as I will be picking some up because I really do like this product. My only con aside from added weight is that this is only adjustable front to back and not a true extension left to right which I was hopeful this item would have. Itโs not a deal breaker by any means.

Disappointing - Buy a Good Pair of Sunglasses Instead
Fairly easy to install. Made from heavy plastic so not sure about how long it will last in the wide range of temperatures inside a vehicle. Somewhat bulky. Since the view panels are plastic they are subject to scratches and fingerprints. The adjustable unit clip has to be "slipped" over your existing sun visor, so if it has a mirror, that becomes useless. My biggest complaint is that it really DOES NOT remove glare. It worked no better than a good pair of sunglasses - it reduces the glare somewhat and darkens your view, but if you're driving directly into the sun (especially when the sun is low) the glare will still be a problem. The "anti-glare" panels are also smaller than the size of the vehicle visor (at least on a Ford Expedition) so your field of view is somewhat limited. The panels added about six inches to the bottom of the fully lowered vehicle visor, so if you're short they will also have limited benefit. Otherwise the lower edge of the panel is near the bottom of your normal field of view which can be distracting. I even tried using both panels and with sunglasses and the glare was still there. Have not tried the "night vision" panel but I'm not anticipating that it will work any better than the daytime panel. Save your money - buy a good pair of sunglasses or clip-ons instead.
