Would i need an additional wireless wifi card for my pc if i get this board?

No. The z390-e comes with a wifi antenna in the box ready to go.

Curious to know what the difference is between this (H) and the 'E' variant aside from £70?

The E has Wi-Fi and two M.2 slots

Will all the m2 slots work, using a 10600k (10th series) cpu, or will i still be limited to one?

None of it will work with a 10th gen CPU- wrong socket.

Hi, will this support an i9 ten core?

no idea what you mean? Do you mean an i9 10 series? The mb will support intel 10 and 11 k series chips
